My 4 year old loves to be involved and included in all things baby.. so this activity gym was the perfect option in size for him to get down there with brother. And the colors are beautiful. The quality is wonderful - very cushioned, soft and strong materials cute toys. Can't go wrong. I got the floor mirror to match now.

Received the play gym today after getting a deal on here for half the price! I had originally looked at it in stores, but with the $80 price tag, I thought it was a little much for what it is. The play gym is bright and cheery but doesn’t over stimulate my baby. She enjoys laying on the soft mat and looking at all of the hanging toys. We are still working on tummy time as she doesn’t care for it too much. I do like the soft reversible pillow that comes with it. The toys are cute and the gym looks great in my living room. There are extra loops for extra toys you can buy separately. I love the silver lining collection from Skip Hop! Highly recommend.

This mat is huge! And super cute! It will fit nicely into any modern setting without screaming gaudy baby toy. The cushion is low for tile floors do I put a mat underneath. I added simple links for extra color and versatility of toys. The sun mirror is wonky shaped but that is expected for a safety mirror. Baby plays, naps and is content there for hours at a time while I clean. Even the cats like it. The support cross is HUGE and hard to transport when dismounted because they are so long but that is what you get with such a large mat. That makes it hard to take with me if I want to travel with it or visit friends. Bonus is that I foresee my baby using this mat well into 1 year old because of its size (even I fit under the arc!) and the toys are diverse. I just wish it was machine washable, because, you know, it’s on the floor and babies poop and diapers are not full proof. That’s really my only complaint because I expected the large size.

My son loves his playmat. It's really cute, I love that it's softer colors, the toys you can hang above baby are interactive, plus you could switch out the hanging toys too with others you may have to keep your little one from getting bored. It comes with a cute little cloud pillow too that you can use for tummy time. The material is nice and soft, it's well made and dutable. I kind of wish I had a giant one in my size to lay on haha! All in all a great playmat.

Honestly, this is one of the best toys I've seen/purchased for my son. I got the idea that a play mat was actually worth the money/space when visiting a friend, (who is working on a PhD in developmental and educational psychology), with a son the same age as mine, (3m). She had a similar mat, both boys were engaged with the toys and moving about, so I started looking for my own. I found this mat to be wonderful in every way. My son loves the toys, (he seems to learn something new about them each day), it's spacious for learning to roll over, and has a fluffier, softer area [clouds] good for play and naps, and a less fluffy half that I like for tummy time because his face doesn't sink into it. The like is nice for babies with reflux because it can be issed to elevate their upper half. I personally also like that everything is soft in fabric, stuffed, not too loud or lit up, and calming in color. I only have two suggestions to future purchasers: 1. Buy those connecting rings and use them to hang the toys little lower than the original product allows. This made a big difference for my son actually interacting with the toys. 2. Have a variety of other hanging toys ready to rotate onto and off of the play mat to keep things new and interesting for your baby. I bought a few he seems to like from this company and others, they can all clip on and hang down.

I was very picky when choosing things like this, because if I am going to have infant play gyms & swings taking up space in my home I definitely don't want it to be an eye sore. I love the modern look and neutral colors (it's so hard to find items that aren't hot pink safari themed, etc) but it is still fun and interesting to my little girl. Keep in mind that the orange on the mat is neon- much brighter in person than it looks online. I also love that this mat is so soft compared to others, it makes for even more sensory stimulation for baby.

I was first skeptical of this play gym because it seemed too simple at first but once we started using it I love it! The material is so nice and the hanging toys are so cute and fun. Great product. Skip hop was wonderful in responding to my email about their products and assuring me they are all free from chemical flame retardants, bpa phthalates vocs and lead.

Super soft and comfy for my newborn! This is the best one I’ve seen and this is my 4th child! The playmat is comfortable enough that a baby actually wants to lay on it to have tummy time and relax. Well worth the money!

PROS: - Very plush. If my baby slams her head down she doesnt get hurt. - Simple and cute. It looks great in her nursery and in my livingroom. - The lamb plays music and the star has flashing lights. My baby prefers tummy tine so I give her back time so she can practice rolling over. She get frustrated easily but Ive distracted her a few times with the star and lamb. also one of the toys is a rattle but my baby is disabled so she isnt able to use it too much unfortunately. - It has many purposes. Right now its an activity gym but later on it will be a simple play mat and her dangling toys will become stroller or carseat toys. CONS: - Its great quality BUT its a bit expensive. - One of the dangling toys clasps was crooked. REVIEW: I think this play mat is gorgeous. It would make a great baby shower gift because it is gender neutral. Its a very good quality with many textures for baby to feel. My daughter falls asleep on it all the time because it is so plush. Over all its beautiful and seems liek it will last.

We like this activity gym much more than the other one we have. The other one is all slick so she slips, and that is surprising and upsetting to her. This one, however, has a smooth side and a soft side, so no falling off the pillow so far. She does move off the cloud some, but that's to be expected with lots of movement and with her trying to get closer to certain toys. My only complaint is that the other brand has a musical elephant attachment that plays songs for 20 minutes to keep baby's attention, whereas this one has an annoying sheep that sounds really high pitched and I hate it when someone presses it during play time. This activity gym is made of better materials and has higher quality toys overall that really interest my baby. We solved the music issue by moving the elephant onto this one. It would be nice if it came with a better musical toy.
