Amazing. Just... amazing
I was using regular command hooks on the back of my basement door to hold my broom, mop, swiffer, etc. Every time I opened the door they swung all over the place, sometimes falling off (they have strange handles). I found these and WOW! What a difference. Highly recommend. Items stay in place, easy to remove for use and replacing is a breeze, too. What did we do before command hooks??? Hint. If using on the back of a door, place the command holder somewhat toward the middle of the handle instead of at the top. This will help prevent swinging when you open and close the door. I haven't had an issue with items sliding but if I do I'll wrap a rubber band around the handle.

Holds pool skimmer and a standard size broom well!
I was going to just get a command hook but found these. They are perfect for the pool skimmer and outside broom. I stuck them to the side of my house (painted plywood on a very old addition on our house) and so far have had no issues with them being outside. It’s been a few months now. Every time I purchase something online, I always check the reviews. I count on others to help me choose the best option. My reviews are always my honest opinion and I try to include photos if possible. If my review has helped you in any way, please click the "helpful" button below so that I know! Great cane holder!
I ordered one of these broom grippers to hold my kitchen broom off the floor (to keep the bristles in better shape) and hung up on the back of the closet door. Been a couple of months now and it works well, so I ordered two more. I did clean/dry the surface well before adhering the strip to the closet door and waited 24 hours before hanging the broom up (in the gripper). I used one to grip my cane upright and keep it from falling on the floor when I am working at my desk. Worked so well I put another gripper for my cane on my nightstand too. I have arthritic hands so I had to practice using the gripper effectively (roll the handle in and out rather than jamming it in) to allow me to use it easily (without hand/wrist pain). I tried to use one to hang up my aluminum snow shovel but the diameter of the handle was too big for the gripper unfortunately. Shovel might have been too heavy too? Specs say: will hold up to 4 lbs and 0.8-1.0" handles. Not sure what a 0.8-1.0" handle is. My cane measures 3.5" around and weighs a little more than 1 lb. The kitchen broom handle measures 2.85" around (OD?) and weighs about a pound too.

Must Have For Travel Trailers
Perfect solution for stowing your broom in your travel trailer. I was able to mount it so that I could easily access the broom from inside or outside my trailer. The gray rubber gripper securely holds the broom in place while traveling and with a gentle pull the broom handle releases.

After installing an actual rack to hold various mops and brooms, I realized our attic door (or opening) was directly above it. This is kind of a big deal since we store all our holiday crap up there and the rack was getting in the way. I got these as a compromise and I am VERY impressed. For one, it took under a minute to install. The large one took much longer of course, with finding studs, leveling, screws, etc. These do the job just as well, I would actually say better because the design is easier to detach/attach, in our case, a broom and one of those rubbermaid mops. The command strips are more than strong enough to hold the weight. Unlike the previous one, these don't jet out as much so I can I still access our ever growing collection of holiday crap. I highly recommend!

Not just for brooms!
These are great for brooms, mops, sweepers but they also make great toothbrush holders. I have been searching fruitlessly for a Sonicare toothbrush wall mount. Then I saw a slideshow of neat things to do with command strip hooks and got this idea.

Very Useful
So I decided to use these for a slightly different use than intended for. They work great for holding my hair products. The rubber in the middle is a great non-slip material. They hold well and I’m super happy this worked.

Keeps our closet organized
It's a mop holder, so I'm not sure how enlightening this review will be. As long as you follow the directions (make sure you clean your flat surface, let the adhesive "set" for an hour before using) I don't anticipate you would have any issues. I use one for a Swiffer WetJet so there's a bit of weight with the mop and solution, but I haven't had any issues with it falling. I also think these are neat in that it's a little rubber piece that flattens and curves when you push your item in or pull it out so you don't have to worry about it getting scuffed or dented. It's nice and smooth. Everything has held up well to date.

Very handy for canes as well as dusters, mops and such
These hold items securely and keep them handy. They have stayed on well, although I've only used them on door surfaces rather than the wallboard where I wonder if the super strong hold might pull the surface off the wall when pulling a tightly held tool out of the holder. I have the usual mops and floor cleaners, but also a long handled duster for dealing with high cobwebs, ceiling fans and the like, and want to keep that duster head off the floor. It's a tight fit, but stays in well without slipping and the holder doesn't pull away from the pantry door where I've attached it. I also have one stuck to my back door to hold a cane so it's handy when I want to go outside. I was carrying a cane around on my walker so it would be handy when I needed it, but it was always falling off. By using these, I can attach a cane in a couple of different spots where I'm likely to need one. I'm also planning to affix two in a sideways orientation to my garden tractor so I can carry my cane with me there too.
