A Great Gift for Artists

These are heavy, good quality sketch books, each containing 75 sheets. I am very pleased with the size and weight of the paper. I have bought many other sketch books as I have a daughter that uses art as an outlet for stress as well as for genuine enjoyment. I particularly like the perforation because she always tears out the sheets to tape to her walls or to give to friends. She mostly uses pencils for her drawing, but these sheets would support paint as well.

Don't use for water colors... Drawing only.

Nice thick paper for drawing. Granddaughter tried watercolor on it....but it tore up quickly..not what it was designed for,. But drawing..yes, even erasing. Good with purchase.

Very durable

My kids love drawing and these books were perfect, this is my second purchase. Plenty of pages and very durable will be buying again.

Happy young artist

I purchased 2 of these items as gifts for a niece and my daughter. Both girls were excited to receive them. Niece is going to use her's for a middle school art class and my daughter is enjoying the quality of the paper for her sketching and full color drawings. My daughter likes that she is able to cleanly erase on this paper without having to worry about tearing the paper and that there are not marks left behind. The only thing she says needs improvement is the perferations to tear out a page need to be a bit easier to use. I would very much purchase this item again myself and would highly recommend it for anyone who either likes to draw or needs a gift for someone who likes to draw and is serious about it.

Nice size and great art lover gift

This was a small part of a retirement basket that I made for my Mom who used to love to draw. Now she has time and it was great having 2 in the pack.

High quality, worth the money!

These are high quality sketchbooks! I'm so glad I purchased them, My artistically inclined 9 year old daughter loved them! The spirals are sturdy and the pages are thick. Could use pencil, charcoal, cray paz, even markers! Watercolors may not do too well though, although my daughter did use acrylic with no problems!

Really great quality product at an amazing price!!!

I was a little concerned about what the quality of this paper would be like because of the price but I bought them for my 7 year old and didn't want to spend a lot in case she decided she didn't want to pursue art anymore. I was VERY pleasantly surprised after drawing and using chalk pastels on a few pages. These sketch books are really great!

Will be buying more!

Very nice quality paper with a good amount of tooth to it. Will work perfectly for graphite, but I imagine they'd work very well for other mediums as well. The perforation is some of the best I've ever seen or used, and I appreciated the obviously well-crafted spiral binding and thick, heavy covers on the front and back.

Great value and good sketchbooks!

These are wonderful sketch books and a great value. I use mine daily and I am very pleased. They are a little large for travel, but when at home they are perfect sketch books.
