We use this product on flank steak for sandwiches or fajitas. There's nothing more annoying than taking a bite of your steak sandwich and you can't actually bite it and end up with the whole piece of meat breaking free from your bread and hanging from your mouth. This device helps in making the steak easier to chew and breaks down the connective tissue so you don't have said issue above. Oh and it helps the marinade soak in nicely.

Best tenderizer I've ever used
I've been using this now for about 2 weeks and it works Magic on cheap cuts of steak. I even used it on a beef tenderloin before sous vide. When I pulled the tenderloin from the water bath and cut open the sleeve to sear, it was melt in your mouth like butter kind. These are very useful and put the tenderizing Hammer to shame. super great product
this product works like a champ. i have used it 10 times and each time my steak turned out super tender. watch out playing around with it the spikes are super sharp and cut deep. dont get to aggresive with it while tenderizing your meat you can damage the spikes. but if your are tired of tough pieces of meat this does the trick i give it 5 stars

Outstanding tool for great results !
Easy to use and really does a great job ! I tested on 1.5” pork loin chops’ boneless, without brining them on the grill seasoning only. I was very pleased with the tenderness and moisture results by cooking to 165°, which was a perfect medium with good grill marks. I have a pork belly that’s been brining for a week that I used this on at the beginning. Tomorrow belly goes into the smoker at 215° for 10 hours. The penetration of the brine should be great without tearing up the belly.

A tenderizer that works:
This tenderizer is very easy to use and does a great job tenderizing cheaper cuts of beef, pork and chicken breasts. I cut 1" slices of London broil spiced them then tenderized them. I drenched them in milk, then flour, then milk again and finally panko bread crumbs. I placed the in my air fry oven a few minutes on each side and they were crispy on the outside, juicy and tender on the inside. Great easy to use tenderizer, that works.

I Love this tool, it is my new best in the Kitchen, Warning though... Do not try to sterilize it in an "Instapot"... It will melt it... I learned the hard way ;-( It it easiest to clean and sterilize in the dishwasher.... BUT.....MAN ALIVE...... I Love this tool, I am wayyyyy too frugal to buy expensive steaks but this tool, makes inexpensive cuts, melt in your mouth, it literally makes it possible for any cut of beef to be thoroughly and completely tender... I Love it ;-)
