I ordered two of these stools, as I am clumsy & have fallen too many times to count ~ climbing on chairs, standing on tiptoe & not with proper balance, either, lol.... I put one in the kitchen, as we redid it two years ago & now have several high-placed cupboards for extra space. The other one I put in my walk-in closet, easier to reach all those shelves! They are very sturdy & require no assembly ~ an extra bonus for yours truly here, as my dear husband passed away last year & now, living with two daughters (who work constantly) so I have no one to rely on for help in that department ~ both sons living on their own now & not always available... Easy to store also ~ all they need is a folding up (simple with the push of the "button" in the back) & they fit easily into a tight space. I feel absolutely safe climbing on one of these stools, the top step is also perfectly sturdy. All in all, I'd say this was one of the best purchases I have made this year!! I just wish I had done it a long time ago.

Great quality, I love how it folds up flat, and easy to use

I’ve been putting off buying myself a step stool for a few years. I wasn’t honestly sure how much use I would get out of it, if it was even worth spending 20-40 bucks on. I love this thing! Great to have around for cleaning or reaching things in high places. Makes it easier for me to access my storage above the refrigerator. Now that I have it, I find myself dragging it out for use on a bi-weekly basis. Great quality. Love how it folds up flat, easy to use. Makes it easy to clean out the top shelf of my kitchen cabinets, changing light bulbs or dusting ceiling fans. A great and useful tool for any household. Would recommend and would purchase again. Step stool for brushing teeth

I looked around for a step stool for my toddler to use while brushing her teeth. This step stool is a much better choice over those (kids step stools). Firstly I can use it unlike the lame just for kids ones aka multiple use. Secondly it works just the same as the marketed kids ones. It has a rounded handle that fits close enough to the sink that she can climb up safely and reach over into the sink. The steps are flat and leveled. It makes a loud p0p 💥 sound when it locks in place which personally I find beneficial because I know for certain the steps are locked. It stores easily when folded up. It's very sturdy. Great buy. I will add photos later today.

Perfect size and great/so handy to have!

Like most everyone, I've been using a step stool. It didn't really get me high enough a lot of the time so I purchased one of those collapsible step stools that was a little taller and easier to store. It was an improvement but I still felt I really needed something that would be taller at times but I wanted to be able to keep it handily stored near by without it being obtrusive. Stumbled upon this thing and, thanks to all the other reviews, thought I'd try it. I can't tell you enough how much I like this. It has two steps so I've got two really good heights to choose from; it folds flatly so that it's compact to store; it's short enough to fit under the little overhang/extension of my kitchen counter so it's both handy and unobtrusive; it feels very solid under me when I'm using it; it's light weight and easy to carry from room to room. I love this step stool and highly recommend it.

Perfect size to keep under door.

Good sturdy stool for a great price!

I found this product to be everything it said it was going to be! The stool is compact and stores easily, it shipped quickly and in minimal but safe packaging, I simply unwrapped it and started using it. The frame is sturdy, I feel safe using it. I am a plump lady and feel no worry about being on the stool. The steps are wide enough that I feel stable on the stool and comfortable if I have to be on it for a few minutes taking down china and breakables. It delivers on all points, and is affordable, too! You really cannot ask for much more than that!

Safty first.

Great product!!! I've owned one of these for many years and will not do without one. It makes reaching things on the top shelves in cupboards a whole lot easier and SAFER. I purchased two of these to give to my daughters for Christmas. It really was a selfish gift on my part - sort of.... One of my youngsters slipped off the counter at her house while tying to reach dishes on the top shelf and received some minor bruising. But, it could have ended up much worse! I looked at Amazon (my favorite department store) and spotted these on sale - what luck! I gave them each a step stool and they both gave me a strange look..(like - for Christmas - really????). However, they both let me know how much they use them now and how much safer they feel when reaching for the higher items in their cupboards. Finally some peace of mind. A great deal at a great price with lightning fast delivery. A+++++

We use this with our toddler as a "learning tower." It is the perfect height for her to stand on and reach the kitchen counter. She is 2.5, so she have the motor ability and skill level to stay up on this step stool and help when we cook or do things in the kitchen. I also use this around the house as a regular step stool. We have a small kitchen, so I like that I can fold this and keep it out of the way. A large wooden learning tower would not work well for our space at all. This definitely wouldn't work with a younger baby as a learning tower. Use your judgment. You know your child and their ability to stand on a stool without falling.. if you decide to use this as a learning tower too.

Easy to use. Handy latch to open and close

I am not sure why some people have complained about this ladder. It is great! It has a simple pull/release clip that keeps it folded while you carry it to where you need to use it. My old one would open and bang my shins while i carried it. Love this. Pull to release. Pull again after folding to lock it. It is not heavy. I hang it on a wall hook when not in use. The steps feel fine. Not slippery. I guess if you wear hard soled shoes while using it, you could add some non skid tape but i still doubt that is required.

Exactly what I needed!!

This is perfect for me. I'm 5' 2" & that's just not tall enough sometimes! I ordered 2 of these. One for the kitchen and one for the laundry and these help me to reach anything I need in those rooms. I have a few other kinds (taller with more steps & some regular one step stools) those are perfect for other areas 😉. I really like how easy these are to open and fold back up and aren't heavy at all. They are very sturdy for me. I'm not sure on a weight limit, I'm around 140, but I'm sure it could hold quite a bit more. I would highly recommend this step stool!! Very happy 😊
