Magicdo® 12 Cols Glass Paint

I was slightly hesitant to buy this paint because in the last month I've bought glass paints from other companies and they were all dried out. In addition, other places would offer me less colors for a higher price so I was really shocked when I saw the price of this. However, I was even more shocked once the product arrived and it was not only beautifully packaged but the quality went beyond my expectations. Not only were the colors truly pigmented but they blended well with one another and turned our cups into masterpieces. Moreover, The little tubes were made in such a convenient way that you would pour out as much product as you need and will not waste any. Another great thing that I liked about this product was the fact that it came with a free pallet which made it really easy and fun to sort out the colors. Overall such a wonderful product and I would highly recommend it.

Easy to use and looks good.

I bought these to repair a set of champagne glasses that were hand painted and starting to peel off because they were left in the damp dishwasher. I had no problem matching the original color though I had brush strokes on the layers from the brushes I chose. No problem though I actually like the look better than the original because it no looks more like a hand painted pieces. I was able to get the depth of color with 5 coats and so I repainted the undamaged glass to match. The cleanup was easy and as long as you wait about 10 minutes between coats you shouldn't have the paint trying to remove it self with the next coat. I also suggest baking the finished piece at the suggested low temp to cure the paint and help make it water resistant under normal use.

Fun

I purchased these paints because I'm experimenting with different types of glass art. I thought they would be a watercolor-like texture; however they are more gel-like. The colors are beautiful. You must be certain to clean the glass very well with alcohol before applying the paint. The first coat is light opaque. Wait until it is completely dry before applying the next coat. Each subsequent coat makes the color a bit darker. You can obtain quite intense color with enough coats. Use a very soft brush unless you want the texture of brush strokes to show. When she brush strokes show, it looks like leaded glass. A little bit of the paint goes a long way. Clean-up is very easy, soap and water. This is an excellent kit. I will purchase another one when this one runs out.

Great Magicdo glass paint for glass wines

We got it for Christmas gift. Many friends come to my house for visiting. More than 40pcs glass wines with different patterns are very necessary. Finally, I got them by Magicdo glass paint. Main points, I want to explain to you about procedures: Clean up the glass surface with alcohol or soap before painting,let them dry. Pls paint more coating, color will be darker. Extra coating is better for bright color. Fresh smooth paints, does not come off with washing

This is a great set of glass paints! The set arrived in perfect condition and the paints are fresh. They completely dried over night. Maybe quicker but we did not check until the morning. I hand washed them all before using them for the party and no paint came off. I purchased a few good brushes and bought clear glasses at the second hand shop. We painted them with names for a party on Saturday night. Not only did I save the environment by not using throw away cups all night but the adult guests loved that we spent the time to personalize the glasses with names, colors and even painted hobbies on those we knew. They were a big hit and everyone wanted to their glass home.

The paint is nice and clear

After using cheap glass paints in little pots, I found this is a big improvement. The paint is nice and clear, and the colors are intense. It will also work well on hard non-porous surfaces such as plastic. It does dry pretty fast when spread out thinly, so you may have to work fast if you are using a light layer of color. But, in general the paint reaches a very durable, non-smear finish quite quickly, and should last well.

Good quality paints for a reasonable price.

I used these paints to paint about 25 sun-catcher wind chimes made of molded plastic. The paint worked very well, with good colors. For darker colors that let less light through (such as creating privacy by painting a window), I would recommend more than one coat.

This product is wonderful! Does what it says it does and came out fantastic! I used it in a vinyl project using my cricut Maker! I will definitely purchase this product again!
