Chill Without Ice

So far, so good--a great product that works well (keeping warm food/drink warm or cold, cold) while taking up less room than most 6-can coolers. This cooler has room for 6-12 once beverage cans and can be plugged into an electrical socket or used via a cigarette lighter in your vehicle. No more ice or "cold packs" required to keep those drinks chilled. This is especially nice when you are returning home from a visit and forget to load that cooler. I found that a 12 once can of pop can be chilled from room temperature in about 2 - 2.5 hours...just about the right time to switch from hot to cold caffeine on that trip.

This little guy is the best! It is virtually silent. The reviewers that said the noise was distracting need to send theirs back, because mine is absolutely silent with the exception of a very, very gentle whirring that you could hear only if you put your ear right to the back of the fridge. We keep it in a spare room, and people say it causes no disturbance at all when they sleep. It's also low-profile so it doesn't take up much space at all. Nice neutral color makes it blend in with the furniture, too. We use the same room for TV watching, and it has been lovely not having to pause a movie to run down to the kitchen every time we need a cool drink. It chills quickly, too. I've put room-temp water bottles in there and found them cold 2 hours later. I have not used the warming feature. I don't think I'll ever need that. I would highly recommend this little nugget to anyone who wants to keep cold items close by. Some of the things I've thought of would be insulin for a diabetic, or any medication that needs to be kept cool, a face mask for migraine sufferers, etc. Perfect for anyone who is bedridden. The list goes on and on. Will enjoy this for a long time to come.

This is a lifesaver in the nursery

I assume it would cool a six pack with ease. However, in our case, it keeps breastmilk cold in the nursery. With the top rack not installed, you have no issues cooling a 4oz baby bottle with the nipple and cap installed. Saving a trip down the steps to the fridge and bottle warmer has helped us calm down the baby when she is hungry at zero dark thirty.

Perfect for my job

I had a dorm mini fridge in my office at the stable but needed the space. Still I missed having a cold can of soda or beer available without having to walk all the way back to the house. So I bought this. It is as close to perfect as I can get with the space I have. I do have it on a tray because of the comments about condensation, but have not had a problem with it yet. Maybe when summer comes around I will be happy I did that. I do wish I could find water bottles the size of a soda can (4 3/4 inches tall, 3 inch diameter) but that's the not fault of the fridge. I can grab a cold can of the beverage of my choice without having to go all the way back to the house and still have room for the file cabinet I needed. Sipping on a beer from it as I type this.

Happy with my purchase

Cute lil cooler/warmer. Perfect size for my night stand. I use it to store my facial serums that need to be kept cold. Read some reviews that said its loud. Its not at all, has a low humming sound. Hardly noticeable. Happy with my purchase, wish I had bought one sooner.

Nifty little unit, works as pitched

Nice little fridge to have around. We bought it to send with our son on a week-long trip, where he be staying in a dorm with limited space & power. We tested it before sending him off with it. We found it took about a day to chill canned or plastic bottles to a nice temperature. This is not a refrigerator in the traditional sense - no compressor, which you have to keep in mind when setting your cooling expectations. It doesn't chill as fast, but it's technical makeup is not the same as an actual refrigerator. Power draw was minimal and make no noticeable noise while plugged-in. Make sure the rear fan has clear airflow.

Great product and customer service

Great product and customer service. My baby wakes up in the early am for a feed, and this cooler is great for my purposes. When baby was on breastmilk, I kept the fridge on cold mode and kept the milk nice and cool, and had an insulated water bottle full of hot water to reheat the milk, right in the baby's bedroom. When she moved on to formula, I kept the water in the fridge with hot mode activated, and left the dry formula in the bottle next to the cooler. Saved me a trip going downstairs to pull a bag of milk from the freezer, defrost, get warm, put in bottle, while trying to hold the baby so she wouldn't wake up my wife. Fridge had a problem several months after I ordered it, but customer service immediately sent me a replacement cable (to test wiring) and then a replacement fridge when the cable didn't fix the issue. A+ response rate and product replacement policy.

Excellent little cooler

Excellent little cooler, I use it to hold small cartons of milk and other drinks and it keeps them cold and ready to drink. I have it plugged in 24/7 and have had no problem with it. I did have to wiggle the power cord in order to get it fully inserted the first time, but once it was up and on it has been great.

Perfect for skincare products!

I bought this to keep by my vanity table to store skincare items that I like to keep cold. Without the middle shelf I’ve got more than a dozen sheet masks, three 1-2 ounce vials of serums/toner, an eye cream, and an eye serum roller in there. I’ve been using it for about two weeks now and it’s been working perfectly with everything staying super cold! I had the fridge running for about 5 hours while at work before putting anything in. The masks were already cold and the other items were room temp but were cold within an hour or two. I’ll be making an 8-hr drive in a couple of weeks and plan to use it for drinks. Will update review after seeing how it does in the car!

Nice little cooler

Very cute,works great. It comes with 2 plugs,one for a house outlet and the other for a cigarette lighter plug. I got this for my mom,so she could store her insulin in it, in her room by her bathroom . Instead of walking all the way to the kitchen to get it.
