Great corkscrew.

I work at a steakhouse and bartend. It is the perfect all around tool for a bartender. It will open a bottle of wine in less than 20 seconds. I like that it has it's own maroon bag so that you can keep it nice. I lost my last one at work and was upset. I am satisfied as can be. Also what was cool about this individual vendor emailed me personally to ask what I thought. I didn't want to give feedback right away for the shear fact I wanted to see how durable and easy to work with before I did a review. I want to peronally thank James from Huge Sales Inc. You followed up with a customer and told me that if I ever had an issue about the product he would be happy to help. Neat and compact, easy to use, grear gift idea.

The steel finsh and wood handle make for an attractive looking tool. Corkscrew threads in nicely, while the contoured handle allows the user to have a sturdy grip for twisting and pulling. The two- stage lever inspires confidence as it helps to pull cork out smoothly. It took me a second to figure out the foil cutter, a novice mistake, but I got the hang of it quickly. The drawstring pouch is also a neat addition. Personally, I think a leather snap case for my belt might be a more suitable option, but the pouch does the job for slipping it into one's pocket or a bag or purse. Overall, I would recommend to a friend, or even give as a gift.

Superior quality for a bargain

Since learning how to use this type of wine bottle opener, using a cheap "dollar store" junk one, I wanted to upgrade to something befitting of class, style and function. Brought it to my bartender friend to test out, he LOVES it just as much as I do. Purchased based on Amazon review rating. Great design and quality you can feel. Price is unbeatable.

Perfect wine key

Clearly a high end product, but not too costly. Comes in a nice soft carrying pouch. Sharp serrated knife. Sharp worm tip. Nice tight hinges. Good looking. Nice weight/balance. Buy the three-pack because inevitably a fellow server/bartender is going to borrow and keep this (intentionally or otherwise). In fact, I typically ask for S20 collateral before lending this to a co-worker! Would make a good gift or housewarming with a nice bottle of wine as well. Only "negative" thing I can say is this does appear to be the exact same as the high-coup brand's product (which I have bought before). I'm assuming the same factory makes these and then brands them to the seller. Nothing wrong with that, just be aware that neither is better than the other, so you can definitely just go with whichever is the best deal. Enjoy!

Great choice for quick, clean bottle opening.

Great wine key! I’m a server at a fine dining restaurant and have embarrassed myself when trying to open a bottle in front of customers because the corkscrew I used to use was cheap. The foil cutter makes clean cuts and I haven’t struggled opening any bottles tableside. Love that it comes with a case, too. Very satisfied with my purchase.

The "Rolls Royce" of Wine Keys

I cannot be any happier with my decision in purchasing this item. I originally bought one for myself to use at work (I am a Server) and absolutely loved it. I have lent it out to other servers who didn't have theirs and they all agree with me. One friend actually said, "This is the "Rolls Royce" of all wine keys!". I just received this Gitko wine opener and I am really happy, as a wine Taster I use a corkscrew almost every day, I have used all kinds of products over the past 29 years, but I have never had a wine key that good, it's really a great waiters corkscrew and I am glad for Gitko for producing such a great wine bottle opener,

Forget the toys. Go back to the basics.

I used to be a waiter and a bartender, so I've opened my share of wine,,and more ;o) I've always liked having a fancy opener at home but they constantly break. Rabbit ears, electric ones, the one you squeeze with one hand and pull lever with other. All break. Usually sooner than later. So,,,back to old faithful. Simple hand screw. I like the serrated knife, placement of tip of screw so it takes the exact number of turns to pull the cork. So it's quick. Most of all that the handle is a little wider so it's comfortable pulling the cork out. No brainer for the price.

Best gift ever I bought this wine key as a gift for my friend, I never got that many compliments from him, he told me this waiters corkscrew is the best he ever had, and it comes in such a nice Pouch , I didn't see it in action but I am sure it's great because he is a perfectionist and it's not easy to get him to like something... I plan on getting one for myself soon..
