So good I ordered it again

Ordered this for the second time. Perfect portions for two. The creme fresh and caper paste/mix is a delicious idea and a perfect blend for the potatoes and green beans. The meat is perfectly lean and because of that can be easily over cooked if not careful. I didn't grill the lemon like suggested but I did use some of the lemon juice to add to the vegetable mix. The rest I sliced up and added to our drinks. I'd love to see Amazon add more meal kits like this to their inventory. Simple yet appetizing.

We really liked this one! Easy to make and so very delicious! Really liked the beans and potatoes, they had a great creamy flavor with a wee bit of tartness. This is one of my new favorites.

I had my doubts about the salad accompaniment. It's not something I'd normally order or try, but it was really tasty! The seared lemon is really what ties it all together. I can still taste it!

This was SO good! The sauce on the green beans had the most delicious flavor, mixed with a bite of the tangy pork chop...mm! Very pleasantly surprised.

Pork was perfect, lemon squeeze on top sort of unnecessary as it make the crust soggy. Will not squeeze lemon next time. Potatoes and green beans SUPER delicious!

This was easy and quick to make. Best part it was delicious. At first I thought it was not enough food for my husband and I. It was more than enough. I love this meal. I will be buying this again.

Just ordered this meal for the second time. Perfect portions and easy to make. Will keep the sauce recipe and use it on other recipes! Used way too much lemon the first time, it doesn't need it but it looks nice on the plate.

Not only did we really enjoy the meal

Not only did we really enjoy the meal, but the packaging is absolutely gorgeous. Portion sizes were good and the porkchops were nice and meaty (about an inch - inch and a half thick). All of the ingredients were fresh, crisp and neatly packaged. I realize that the point of the meal service is to have perfect portions and recipe together, but I'd really like to see the recipe cards include the amounts of each item included, even it if was just in a "contents" label somewhere. We still order all of our groceries from Fresh, so allowing us to buy the items ourselves wouldn't necessarily cost Amazon our business again. I'd love to be able to make the potatoes and green beans again without having to order the whole meal or guess how many cups/tablespoons I need of each thing. It would be a nice combo of giving us a fish, and teaching us how to catch one.
