A healthier, cheaper option!

When I was admitted to the hospital for the birth of my son a couple months ago, I got hooked on frozen Italian ice. I don’t know what it is but I’ve just been addicted to eating frozen stuff ever since I got pregnant! Since then I had been buying boxes of Italian ice which can get pretty expensive and it doesn’t play nice on the stomach if you have more than one in a day, which really sucked. I’m also on WIC so I get a crap ton of juice every month and I don’t necessarily drink it all. So I ordered two of these to try making my own popsicles to both save money and put the stockpiles of juice in accumulating to use and it’s been amazing! I accidentally dropped one popsicle and since it was frozen, the stick broke, and I think my boyfriend may have accident thrown away a couple of other sticks because I’m missing three now, but these things have been put to great use. I mainly get apple juice with my WIC but I also use some of the drinks that my boyfriend gets and they’re just delicious and so much healthier than eating a ton of Italian ice everyday! The scrub brush it comes with doesn’t do too great of a job cleaning the very bottom of the mold but if you rinse with water immediately after popping the popsicle out, it’s not too big of a deal. Also to help with getting the popsicle out, I run it under some warm water for a couple seconds which helps get it loose from the mold. I’m thinking of ordering another one soon because I just go through these like crazy!! A very good purchase!

Best Popsicle Holder!!!!

Best Popsicle Holder!!!! I thought because the cost was under $10 it might not be a good popsicle mold but it's the best. In fact, I am going to purchase 4 more. I love that they containers pop into the tray and stay securely in place. When I poured the juice in the mold and then put the top on they didn't wobble or come loose from the tray. I am so pleased with this product. Suggestion to future buyers - keep the box it comes in so you can store it when not in use. Definitely happy with this product. Also it washes well in the top rack of the dishwasher. I put in dishwasher when I made ice cream pops otherwise, I just rinse in lukewarm water and air dry.

BPA-free popsicle molds from Russia

Product is likely made in Russia (The company is Ozera and is likely based in Russia*) but is shipped quickly and says "BPA-free" on the package. Product works exactly as it should and produces a nicely shaped popsicle. Plastic is not labeled with recycling code, so if you need that assurance, look elsewhere. I am satisfied with the product and am choosing to trust this company. *I can't completely verify this claim of the company being based in Russia, but it was corroborated by three independent sources claiming to be "databases of businesses" and I found no other info.

Perfect for my protein smoothies!

I wanted an easy, convenient way to get a nice little protein boost throughout my day and this was the perfect solution to do so! I made a mixed berry /peanut butter & protein smoothie and decided to freeze them into protein pops and they turned out great! Each container (comes with 6) holds about 3oz of liquid and comes with a funnel to make adding your desired choice of "filling" easier to manage. There was minimal mess and the molds held up well as I filled them all. I let them freeze overnight (6+ hours) and they were perfect the next day. I just ran some warm water over the molds for a few moments to loosen the grip and it slid right out. Not quite the ideal treat in the middle of winter, but it was definitely delicious! There is also a "drip tray" at the bottom of each so you don't have to worry about it dripping down your hand as you eat it. I found this to be very useful and even saved a couple of fatal falls! I will definitely be making a lot more of these in the upcoming warmer months. My only minor complaint is I ordered the assorted, colorful molds and received an all blue box. The outside box was labeled "assorted" but I guess it was accidentally mislabeled. No biggie. This also comes with a cleaning brush. (:

a very yum way to make your own treats

I love this product! knowing what is in my sweet treats maters so much to me. The tray these sit on is great they push down in so they stick to the tray so no toppling over and I just use my hands to warm the sides up to easily slide them out. I love making my version of what I describe as a creamsicle I whip up come heavy whipping cream till its like frosting and squirt some MIO flavor in and use a cake decorating bag with no tip and put it all the way in the popcicle mold to get it in there comes out perfectly very yum

Popsicle obsessed children

I have a 2 yo and a 4 yo. They would love on popsicles if they could! These molds are great. The base allows the molds to stay in place as the kids help me fill them. The option for multi-colored sticks allows me to keep track of whose popsicle got left on the floor. The portion sizes are good! Enough for the 4 yo, sometimes too much for the 2 yo, but I can pop his right back in the mold and put it back in the freezer! These are dishwasher friendly which is always a plus! I love filling the popsicles with yogurt, fruit, even smoothies lately. Having frozen snacks that aren't filled with dye, corn syrup, or who knows what all else is really important to me. Making my own is a ton cheaper than purchasing them. I have had some chip... but it's plastic in the freezer combined with kids, so that's going to happen no matter.

Awsome molds.

Easy to wash and rinse. Frozen icicles come out perfect all the time. Molds are very sturdy on tray. I just run the plastic clear part over running warm or cold water, wait a minute or less and pull slowly from the handle. My kids are more satisfied eating natural icicles and ask for less than when eating store bought icicles full of sugar dies and processed ingredients. I feel better knowing they are home made with very few and natural ingredients. Customer reviewservice helped.

Best Popsicle Molds Ever

These are absolutely great! Before I had finished eating the first three, I ordered another set. I had been making blueberry, strawberry, agave, almond milk, and sliced almond smoothies for awhile. Now I make extra to fill the 12 popsicle molds and my mom and I both love having these ready. The Ozera Popsicle Molds are so easy to use! I pop the bottoms into the tray, and I love how easy the funnel makes it to fill them. Then put on the tops. I put a little cardboard box in the freezer and it holds the two trays side by side; very easy to get to. Just run a little water over the mold to loosen and pull apart. Easy clean up with small brush that is included. I could not be any happier with this purchase! Being able to control the ingredients and have popsicles ready all the time has really helped my diabetic mom have a good treat. The only problem I have is making sure there are always popsicle molds ready in the freezer.

Lots of fun!

I am on a Paleo diet but crave something icy and sweet every once in awhile. These are perfect to make frozen "smoothy sickles" with my own healthy ingredients. To remove them from the cover I just run some hot water over it for a couple of seconds and it comes out easily. I'll have fun with these this summer, creating lots of different flavors without all the added sugar of store bought popsicles.

I love banana popsicles, but can't seem to find any at our local grocery store. I ordered the Ozera popsicle molds so I could make my own. I just put 1-1/2 bananas, 1 cup of almond milk & some vanilla into the blender then poured it into each of the little molds. These are fantastic & here's why: 1) Quality design & materials: Strong & BPA-free plastic. Easy peasy. I ran a little warm water over the mold, and the popsicle slid right out. 4) When eating the popsicles, the "stick" holds them solidly so they hold fast to the last bite.
