I bought this for my husband as a Birthday/Valentines gift, but it’s really a gift for everyone. There are two sizes to choose from, which is nice. I love the convenience of having ice whenever is awesome and it makes a set of ice quickly. I love love love it! I bought a warranty with it too because I want to keep this things for awhile. It really is great! I got exactly what I ordered. It was the light grey Frigidaire ice maker.

Works very well

I have had one before and used only pure bottled water and it lasted me 2 and a half years with weekly use in my office. First year gave me quick ice with in a couple of minutes. As it aged it did take a little more time. No, it is not super quiet. Hello!!!! It is a refrigerated appliance! But it is a good product and I definitely will buy again. Makes plenty of ice to get me through the day.

Had to wait a week to review this to make sure it was consistent. I am so IMPRESSED with this ice maker!! Super fast, filled my freezer ice bucket in 1 evening! I go thru a lot of ice, A LOT! and this little guy not only kept up but produced an excess of ice. I could not be happier. No more bagged ice from the local stop-n-rob!

This ice maker makes ice quickly and quietly. You can choose large or small cubes. It’s light enough to take wherever we need ice. Igloo is the best!

Great machine, but do not use distilled water in this machine.

This is a great little ice maker. However I discovered early on that you cannot use distilled water in the machine. It worked ok to start with and then would not work at all, kept saying “no water” even though the reservoir was full. I finally tried regular tap water in it and it has worked great since. Ice tastes good, no strange flavors. Ice cubes are also larger with tap water instead of the distilled water. I may try using bottled Spring water just to try to keep the minerals down and the ice maker cleaner (which was my reason for using the distilled water in the first place).
