Controls temperature in my homemade dough proofing cabinet to within 3 degrees

I like the small size and ease of wiring. The directions are a little difficult to discern because of Chinese to English translation. After reviewing the instructions for about a half hour I figured it out. The unit seems to work well.

An excellent value. Works as expected, can be modified easily to do custom controlling.(if you understand electronics) I am keeping several of these and various other models in stock.

What a difference in ease of use. Initially purchase the Inkbird ITC-1000F for use in a brooder to control heat and fan. Only thing that worked was the temperature function. The ITC-2000 took 20 minutes to install and connect, and configure. This thing is rock solid. Although I do not have fan option for cooling, the ITC-2000 it perfect for those looking for a great product to control temperature in an incubator or brooder cannot go wrong with this.
