To make sure it would hold up to our normal thunderstorms when assembling we used a slow drying glue (6000) to allow for assembly mistakes which we made, the glue dries in about 12 hours. We anchored it well and so far it has taken stormy weather well. We have our seed trays coming along quite nicely and are very happy with it so far.

Good item for the money. Lots of room and good quality zippers. Maybe the only negative is that the shelves sag when plants are put on them... just put the heavy plants on the 'floor' of the greenhouse. There is no actual 'floor' in this greenhouse, so you're using the ground as the floor but as long as you're not putting a really heavy pot on the shelves you should be ok. Took me about 20 minutes.. maybe 30 if I include the time to put the cover over it. I built it in my living room by putting toogether the left and right sets of shelves and then taking those out into the yard (it was cold that day) and then putting in the connecting parts that joined the left & right sides. Not hard at all.

I bought this last year and live in the desert with very harsh environment. It lasted all Spring and Summer then with the cold Winter I didn't use it but it kind of deteriorated. I noticed on one of the ratings someone gave a email address for purchasing just the cover so I emailed to buy one. Got an answer the next day and even though I didn't ask for it, they gave me a substantial discount. I would and will pay $50 every year for this great Greenhouse. Email address for replacement cover is maxlead.us@gmail.com. As a sidenote, be gentle with the zippers or they will break. I bought some 7' glue backed zippers on Amazon and they worked perfectly.

I ordered two of these and could not be more pleased: intuitively designed, easy to assemble, sturdy - especially when staked to the ground - and with handy zippered flaps to facilitate watering. Our unusually cool spring and summer have left me with stunted okra plants, and in the sun these hot houses really help - they keep the air hot, and if the plants are watered, moist. The instructions for assembly are a simple inventory of parts and a diagram of how they fit together, although common sense would guide the buyer as well. Before I staked the houses I was able to pick them up before a storm and store them easily on their sides in a shelter without disassembling them. They are good quality pieces for the price.

It went up quickly and easily. Good quality for the price. The size is very comfortable to move and work inside. A great buy for the price. I would not recommend for use in areas that get heavy wind unless you add extra means of securing it. We made that mistake and it was severely damaged, during high winds,(we had no idea how windy our new home would be). This is definitely a light duty greenhouse. But as I said before, good quality for the price. I figured that that was that, but I was pleasantly surprised by the sellers. When they contacted me to make sure I had received the item and to find out if I was happy with it, I told them what had happened. They replaced the broken parts for me in less than a week! Their correspondence was very polite and efficient. All replies were same day or at most next day. 5 stars for customer care!

Great solution for temporary spring Harding off plants. Also great for moving around to different locations. We had a mishap with our new greenhouse. We had a wind pickup the greenhouse fully into air and flipped it on its roof. Not surprising there has been some damage. It looks like I need to replace all the corner connectors. Just for your info for others, I roped over top of roof and down to large stakes in the ground, at each gable. But what i should have added was a rope across the ridge to tie the ropes together. What I think happen was when the wind blew in the house the roof mushroomed and slid the ropes off the structure. Great customer support! They replaced the damaged parts at no cost. All put back together and working fine now. Hope this helps others,

Great customer service. I had one small problem, I emailed them and they got back to me quickly to resolve it. Was easy to assemble and works really well for getting an early start on my seedlings and small plants. Even my husband who is 6' tall could walk inside. It is lightweight and easy to move. I used some plastic lunch trays to put my cardboard seed starters on, and I just add water to the tray to keep everything moist. (See pic).

perfect size for 5 12" pots with peppers.......and could hold another 3 pots. We're using it to over winter our tropical peppers, and other tropical plants as well. They have worked well because we already have some freezing nights. Ease of assembling it was very easy. Plastic covering sturdy enough to withstand some wind. It could be a little longer around the bottom, as air could get underneath it. However, my husband built a frame around it, and that's make it a little sturdier. The zippered windows are great......we open them every day to get some sun and air exposure. We have strung Christmas lights inside to keep the plants warm also. We would not hesitate to buy another.

This Quictent 12x7x7 is basically a "Quick Tent" that's essentially half inch thick hollow metal bars that create a basic tent structure + a tarp that velcros onto the metal bar legs. Installation Process & Time It takes about 2 minutes to sort all the metal bars, 30 seconds to understand the instructions, 5 minutes to get the top bars assembled together, an excruciating 10 minutes to get the tarp over the whole thing (it is HUGE when laying on the ground), another 5 minutes to get the bottom bars all in correctly... and you're done. Just go around and attach the velcro to all the metal bars, and make sure your tarp is centered. It's not the 5 minute setup they claim, all in all its about 25 minutes from unboxing to completion. Extra Steps There are three sheets of paper printed out with directions and information, which come with this Quictent. They recommend using some outdoor building anchors and attaching a cable to the top bar of each leg (4 in total on each side) to the anchor, inside of the tent (not outside). Or you can use weights, which I'm not as big a fan of. They also say if you dont want to do either, you can screw in the top metal bars so they are "permanently attached". I do not know how well that would hold up in strong wind and rain, or against snow, but at least if the structure was going to fall, it would mostly be in one piece and hopefully wouldn't rip the tarp covering. What I did is drilled small holes into each top bar where the leg mounted inside, and then put a screw in so that it went through both metal bars (leg slides up into the top bar - I basically put a screw so the leg cannot come back out). I did NOT screw all the way through both sides, because that would expose the screw to the outside, puncturing the tarp. It is EASY to puncture this tarp. My drill slipped and the screw went right through the tarp. I used some clear packaging tape on both sides of the hole to cover it up. The hole was about 1/5", not a big deal. After I put the screws to hold the legs into the top bars, I also bought some in ground anchors and cables and attached them to the top bars. Pros 1) 6 "windows" 2) Double zippered front entrance 3) Tarp feels solid and has plenty of stitching (though is easy to puncture, the rips may not continue on thanks to the stitching) 4) Setup time under 30 minutes 5) Does not REQUIRE flat surface. I put mine on a slight slope, and thanks to the metal bars having enough flex in them I was able to set it up so it almost looks completely flat. 6) Feels Firm Cons 1) If snow sits on the top of this, it will collapse 2) If a good, strong wind catches the side, it will lift it up and potentially twist and bend the structure 3) If you have a weed eater, keep it AWAY from this! It will chop up the tarp easily. 4) Price. $135 shipped is too much for this structure. I would expect to find something like this at Garden Ridge for $40-$50, $75 MAX. In Summary If you're looking for a big greenhouse thats quick to setup and holds plenty of vegetables, this will do the trick just fine.

Super easy to assemble! No tools required, which is important, because I need to take these down and store them over the summer. Heavy duty hard plastic connectors, and powder coated metal tubing, which makes me think that these will last many years here in CA. Pleased with this purchase for sure
