A great buy. They have worked very well on everything I have used them on so far, paper and cloth and even trimmed the ends of my hair. Nice to have more than one pair so I can have them in different places around the house. I put two in the kitchen drawer, one in the bathroom and the other two in a desk drawer.

Great customer service

The company corrected the faulty scissors situation right away. Very impressive. There were not any problems with the replacement. I can happily go about prepping craft activities. As a preschool teacher scissors are an important tool and are usually easily lost. I was excited to find this five pack at a reasonable price. Unfortunately, one of the scissors did not cut properly right out of the box. Where's the quality control? After a couple minutes of only being able to snip with the first inch of the blade, I "cut" my losses and threw them away. The other four work fine and cut construction paper and card stock smoothly.

Excellent for Bunches of High School Students

I see some negative reviews, which seems odd--the set I got are great. I'm not sure if there is a quality control issue, but I have a few superlatives to share. My students love the 5 pairs of these scissors I bought for my science/mathematics classroom--they fight to get these over the rest of my rag-tag pairs. With anywhere from 10 to 30 students in my classes, I plan on buying two more sets to help spread the love. My students are high school age, anywhere from freshman to seniors. Last year (2016-2017 school year), I had a few students that had a less-than-stellar respect for materials and equipment: I've never had so many broken rulers and malfunctioning staplers. However, these puppies held up the entire year with nary a problem. The scissors are well-sharpened even after a year's use. They are someone-cut-their hand/finger-while-not-paying-attention sharp. Twice I believe. Being titanium, they cut crisply. I started doing Interactive Notebooks last year, meaning the students were cutting paper and/or card stock several times a week. With projects added in, these scissors got a decent workout. When I can't find my "big" and even sharper scissors, I happily can substitute these. If there is a downside to these great scissors, it's 8 inch, which can't be a complaint since I/you know what we're getting. And they just look cool compared to the other scissors, with their black blades. Very metal. 5/5--will buy again to add to the collection.

One for every room in the house!

Scissors are one thing you need all the time. I, for one, don't like to have to go to one specific place to get a pair of scissors every time I need them. At this quality and price I don't have to. These aren't to be used for your best sewing scissors or to do the best haircut, but I put one pair in every room in the house and it sure it a time saver! I thew out all my old 10-year old barely working scissors and replaced with these and I'm good to go. Happy camper. I even have a pair in the car with a roll of tape for last minute gift wrapping.

Great product

I have had a pair of TT scissors for 10 years, and they are still sharp. I will buy nothing else now--and this set was an incredible deal! I was going to give it as a gift--but now I think I will split them up, and give to 2 daughters.

Great Scissor Set!

I love these scissors, best I’ve ever had! Great deal, and they are even dishwasher safe. I hung 4 of them in my kitchen and labeled them, so I don’t cross contaminate! Arrived quickly and I’m VERY pleased with my purchase!

BEAUTIFUL

not nearly sharp enough for fabric. Works fine with paper, although the sharpness is inconsistent, meaning they are sharper up towards the top of the scissors than they are towards the bottom by a lot! I wouldn't buy these again. UPDATED: I originally gave these 3 stars. I received a phone call from BEST who apologized and explained that it was probably a bad batch and they would send a replacement. The replacements work BEAUTIFULLY, and the fabulous customer service and the fact that they pay attention to their reviews means I will be purchasing from this company again! GLADLY!

Scissor sharp!

Love these scissors! I have small hands so I was afraid That the grip might not be right. So glad to find out it works with small and large hans. Cuts material nicely as well as paper goods. Now I don't have to go running around looking for a pair of scissors! They are close by, no matter what room in the house I'm in. To me, titanium means quality! Love the five pack idea!
