I like this product

My other ironing board was so heavy to take out and put away. This is so much better you open the door and pull the ironing board down no heavy lifting just make sure there’s an out let to plug in your iron on the other side of the door when done pull lever and it goes up shut door easy

Drill it into the door.

Installing this has made my life so much easier. We had to create additional drill holes Because their placement was curious and didn’t look like it was at a place that would be the most sturdy. Once we made that modification, it works perfectly and is very stable.

Must have space saver!

I was a bit skeptical about how well this would work and hold up but I have to say, this ironing board saves me a lot of space, it holds up well with proper installation and I love the spring loaded board! Folds up with ease !

Inexpensive wall-mount ironing board for the DIYer

I was looking for a wall-mount ironing board for my laundry room transformation project. I was shocked to find out how expensive they were! Many upwards of $200! So I bought this cheap over-the-door style and figured with some modification I could make it work. Turns out the door clips aren't even attached! They're included and must be bolted on. Perfect! Nothing to cut or remove! I drilled a couple holes at the bottom for added stability, screwed it in, and I've got a nice fold-away ironing board! Quality is excellent at this price, and when screwed into a wall it's sturdy enough for light ironing without any further modification. And it locks down, and is spring-loaded for easy folding. Lies really flag against the wall so it wouldn't be difficult to build a cabinet around it if you want to take your project to the next level. Yes it's a little noisy when using the hinge, but that's due to the springs. If you don't like the noise, take out the springs. Doesn't bother me though. Worked perfectly for my purposes.

I love this door hanging ironing board

I love this door hanging ironing board. The very, very best part of it, is the lever to raise it back into its storage position. It easily releases at the completion of your ironing. Unlike other boards I have had in the past that don't have the lever and require you to"force" the board back into its storage position. With those other boards, the plastic mechanism breaks and you have a useless ironing board. If you don't have the space for a full sized ironing board, this is the product you should buy as it is HANDS DOWN the best one available. It also is reasonably priced. A Win-Win for the consumer!

Great ironing board

purchased this to mount in my closet and it’s perfect. Zero assembly, or modifications, needed. It came with the screws and anchors, holes already drilled in. The perfect alternative to an expensive Murphy ironing board cabinet.

Upgraded

I upgraded to this model and am glad I did. The padding is thicker and the release catch enables us to close the board without any loud noises

Easy setup!

Excellent. Easy to use! Beats lugging out a heavy ironing board and then returning it later. Smaller than a standard board but it works for me. Could be padded more, but it is useful as delivered.
