Good product!

As expected and I really like it. I was looking at this one and another brand (in the similar products section). We have a few CUTCO knives that we use everyday and a random collection of others. This fits them all and we have room for more if we'd like to add. People ask about scissors in the questions (I had the same question) so I tested it (see 2nd & 3rd pic). If the scissors are thin enough, they will fit in. Typical kitchen scissors with wider handles won't fit well. You'll need two hands to get them out though (which I would recommend using anyway). While the product will most likely not tip, it's not that heavy.

Holds lots of knives

So far so good. I like i can get more knives in it that the standard wood block. I just have to tilt it down to get the big knives out as the standard 18 inch space form countertop to cabinets doesn't allow me to just pull straight out which I don't mind at all.

Space Saving and Stays Clean

I find this product to be far superior to the large wooden knife holders found in most kitchens. It is small enough to sit between the faucet and blacksplash at my kitchen sink. The rubber slats hold the knives safely upright. The slats themselves have remained sturdy. It clearly defied my expectations when I discovered there was almost nothing inside the cannister when I removed the rubber top to clean it out. Whoopee! No work at all.

Fantastic Design and Space Saver

This is by far one of the best kitchen items I have purchased in a long time. I was using the old style butcher block for my knifes and scissors which wasted counter space. I would highly recommend this item! (I have many large knives so the statement of holds 10 knives is only for small to medium size knives) This for me with my set holds 6 plus scissors squeezed in)

beautiful product. Love flexibility to put knives easily into it thanks to total flexibility of slots. Have retired my wood block knife holder which took up so much room but didn't fit any knife replacements. I've pared my knives to 2 essential + 3 sort of backups. Getting used to having a really good prep knife reduced my needs. also found a great home for my super sharp prepper with this purchase. marvelous engineering!

Works great!

This is a lovely and tidy way to keep knives organized in a small space. I bought it for use in our motorhome and it is perfect for that. It comfortably holds 6 brand new serrated steak knives, a large chef knife, and 3 smaller kitchen knives. I’m sure it could hold a couple more knives as I acquire them in the future. I like using slender vertical storage units like this one when space is limited. It is weighted to prevent tipping over. It looks the same as the photos. The only surprise to me was that the seller’s description sounds as though it is a plastic container inside of metal. The fact is this is a metal container with a removable plastic bottom and top. So, it is exactly the same as others that are being sold on Amazon by other sellers. I gave the product 5 stars anyhow. The seller needs to write an accurate description of this product.

Extremely versatile block

I have several knives with fairly short blades that don't fit well into the usual knife blocks. All of them fit very wwll in tthis one. It also accomodates consideralbly longer blades as well. There are already eight knives with blades of varyiing lengths tin this block and there is room for several more. This is a wonderful idea which has solved my problems. If I could rate it more tham five stars, I definitely would.

A versatile and accommodating design.

I like the way this fits in, my kitchen is rather traditional but this doesn't take up much space and the stainless steel isn't obtrusive. It's also tall enough to fit the couple of knives I wanted to protect and keep off the counter in case the grand kids are over and it doesn't tip. I haven't had to yet but the way it's designed will make it easy to clean when needed. It is flexible enough to allow you to arrange your knives as you see fit and the lifetime guarantee makes it even better.

I have to say that I am extremely happy with this purchase

I had been researching and looking everywhere for a knife holder that would fit into my tiny kitchen as I had no where to safely store my knives until I found this on Amazon. I have to say that I am extremely happy with this purchase. The item arrived earlier than expected and is exactly as depicted in the photos as well as what the other reviewers have described. It safely fits all of my knives including my steak and paring knives in one place instead of unsafely overcrowding my utensils tray. It may look small, but do not be deceived by its unassuming appearance because you would be surprised by how many knives it can fit without tipping over as it is quite heavy on the bottom! I should also add that this knife holder is dishwasher-safe. I was able to take out the plastic lid and wash both the lid and the stainless steel container in my dishwasher with no problems before storing my knives! Overall a very high quality product that I highly recommend. If only it was available in the stores and at such a reasonable price too!

Much better than expected.

Far exceeded expectations. Effectively holds more than expected number of knives. Easy to insert and remove them. Is attractive sitting on counter and is of high quality stainless steel. Is heavy enough to remain stable even with a large number of knives with heavy handles are inserted.
