Easy installation, nice replacement

I've performed screen replacements on several chromebooks and this was one of the easiest so far. This product was a perfect replacement and looks great once installed.

Eazy Peazy New Screen

My daughter stepped on her Chromebook and the screen broke (man are Chromebooks pretty cool but I digress). We ordered this and did the repair together. My hat is off to Samsung as they engineered their product so that screen replacement is easy, but this replacement screen is perfect in every way. My daughter thinks the new screen looks better than the old one but that could be just because it is new and clean ;) I think it is a very very close match to the original. Bottom line, great product, easy fix and money saved. Thank you.

Quality of this screen indistinguishable from original; Easy to install

This replacement for a Samsung Chromebook 3 XE500C13-K02US arrived packed well. Installation was fairly easy. Take time and ensure you seat the connector properly and the small bar pushed back over the connector. The screen comes with side mounting tabs made out of a very thin metal and they do get bent very easily. (During shipping or by the installer (me)?) But they were easily bent back into the proper position to complete the installation. There are numerous "how to" videos online for replacing the screen. Fantastic options on Amazon to buy these screens at about 60% of the cost of other sites that inflate the prices with "free tools" that you do not need to complete the installation. All you really need is a very small Phillips screwdriver. All reviews are results-oriented and the same is true here: The screen worked, has great crispness, very bright and I cannot distinguish any qualitative difference between this replacement screen and the original.

Perfect!!! Super easy to install!!! Doesnt come with instructions but there are videos on YouTube to help you. Requires 1 small Phillip's screwdriver and that's it! Looks better than the original screen!

The screen arrived well packaged. The installation took a little longer than anticipated. That was my fault, trying to secure the latch on the ribbon cable. The unit fit, worked awesome, and I saved about $70.00 by doing it myself. I had quotes of up to $125.00. Instead I spent $30.00 by doing it myself.

Got this to replace my step-son's broken XE500C13 screen. Replacement was a breeze (thanks to a YouTube video) and was back up and running in 10 minutes. Quality and construction looked to be the same as the original.

The replacement screen worked perfectly. My previous OEM screen had been broken for a few weeks, but it seems the replacement is just as bright and color accurate as the original. Install was a breeze, just follow your choice of YouTube video. It has been up and going for a few weeks now, and no complaints at all.

Well packaged, good quality

My biggest concern was that it would arrive in one piece, given that it's a fragile screen. It was well packaged with multiply layers of bubble wrap, inside a box, inside a bubble wrapped shipping bag. It arrived a day ahead of schedule, in one piece, and installed incredibly easy. Works just like the original.
