Great item, great customer service.

The charger itself is sturdy and has a very nice smooth feel to it. It resemble the original Microsoft charger very closely, and it's actually longer than the cable that comes with the surface pro 4! Loved the charger and the company's customer service. I ordered one a few months ago and it stopped working. The company contacted me after I posted a review describing the situation and offered to send a replacement or give a refund. The fact that they were willing to replace the item (or refund my money) speaks volumes about their customer service and commitment to quality. Definitely worth your money!

Preferred Alternative to Microsoft Brand Charger

I have had to replace my Surface Pro 4 charger multiple times and always purchased the $70 charger from Microsoft itself. May be my luck, but each charger would be finicky and only work with certain outlets and when positioned correctly (each prong is equal size so it's hard to tell which direction it prefers to be in and 99% of the time I chose poorly and had to unplung and flip to get the electric current needed). This charger does not give me the same problems with the prongs, is a much cheaper alternative, comes in a great case for transport, and charges just as fast as the Microsoft one. Highly recommend and will now consider other KINGDO products in the future.

Great affordable alternative choice for Surface Pro 3

OEM charger broke because cat chewed through the cable, so I needed a replacement. The materials on this are great; honestly they even feel a bit better than the original charger. Most importantly, each cable has a velcro strap attached that you can use to wrangle the cable with. This was my BIGGEST problem with the OEM charger, that thing was always a horrible mess when I put it in a backpack or something. The charger works fine, no real complaints there. But the biggest win for this product is the self-contained cable management. Highly recommend as a replacement. $80 for a new OEM charger with the same cable management issues, that my cat will probably chew through again anyway? No thanks.

What can one say about a power cord? It works. This one has an additional USB port just like the original one had that came with the machine, so that's good. But what stands out about this cord is the nice little case that came with it. Padded, zippered, and with two interior pockets, one with a zipper. Very convenient for travel. And an excellent price. Definitely 5-star value.

Great charger for Surface Pro 3

I have a Surface Pro 3 and have been lugging the original charger with me everywhere I go (home, office, travel) that I was afraid the original cable was going out. I purchased this one as a travel power supply and I am typically weary about purchasing chargers that are not from the manufacturer of the original device. However, from reading the good reviews I went ahead and purchased it. I am glad I purchased this charger because it came in a great little carrying case and includes the velcro ties around the cables for easy portability. Charger also works just like the original and half the price.

BETTER THAN OEM

When ever buying a non-oem charger, you can sometimes worry that it will be cheaply made and maybe not even work, particularly when it is more than half the price of an OEM charger. The minute I opened the package for this charger I was relieved. Nice, sturdy feeling. As good as OEM, I though. I was wrong. It is BETTER. Has a NICE little cushioned travel case. Cords are much longer than the OEM surface pro 4 charger, and to keep them neat and tidy this charger has nice little velcro straps on each wire, to facilitate wrapping and securing the cords. There is also a nice little LED light on the outside of the little dongle that goes into your surface, verifying the device is charging. Charges surface pro 4 well. Plus, it is SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper. Do not hesitate on this purchase, and buy THIS instead of the 70 dollar microsoft charger.

I bought this for my brothers surface pro 2. It works great and I have not heard any complaints from him. Its as small as the OEM power supply. I would definitely recommend this product.

Came with a nice travel pouch

Received the pair of these chargers that I ordered so I could keep a charger at home, the office and the lake cabin. Delivered on time and are as ordered. Came with a nice travel pouch. Checked both out and they charge as intended. I'll update if there are any problems but as of delivery dates I have no complaints. Items were appropriately packed. I like the longer power cord than the OEM.

Great product and arrived on time

This is the first review I've ever written for anything, I'm typically too busy or I forget to write one. The charger matched the description and was delivered to me the next day as per the guarantee which was a total life saver! I'm a full-time dental student and can't afford to not have my SP4 out of commission for even one day. My original SP4 charger was on the fritz and suddenly stopped charging, I didn't notice it until the night before I ordered the new one and I had a huge exam the day. Luckily I was able to position the charger in the right spot for one last charge before this charger arrived. The case it came is pretty nice too and I like that each cord part of the charger has its own Velcro strap to secure the cords when I pack them away. Also, I was happily surprised that this new charger is a little longer than the original making it easier for me to reach an outlet while I'm in class. It was reasonably priced, arrived on time, and works great. I would recommend this product to a friend.

Amazing!

This charger works so well, I didn't even expect it be as long as it was but I am so glad that it is! (About twice the size of the regular surface pro charger). It came extremely quick and the mail and I had no problems with shipping at all. The extra USB port on the charger really makes charging my phone extremely easy and I don't have to worry about limited plugs and such. I've had it for a few weeks now and I've have no problems, very pleased!
