Love this thing

Love this thing!! Also another item I don't immediate review as a person who cooks and bakes often until I good a good use out of it first. Mainly after two birthday parties, baby shower, and work retirement party. It works wonderfully and hopefully still so for another coming birthday at the end of this month.

This is a powerhouse for a small mixer!

I haven't had a hand mixer for about 15 years. I have a stand mixer, which I love...yet, there are times that I just want to whip up something small. If the quantity of what I'm making is too small, a stand mixer just doesn't work too well. This little hand mixer is a powerhouse! I made Keto haystacks. I probably should have used my handmixer, but I started off making a small batch, then decided to make a double batch. So it was mixing cream cheese, butter, shredded coconut, Lakanto, raw cacao & Lily's chocolate chips. It did it. This little power house did it. It comes with dough hooks, so I should have realized it, but I was really pleasantly surprised by its power!

After using my old hand mixer for the pat 25 years, it finally broke down, how lucky am I! This VonShef mixer looked like a beautiful race car when I got it out of the package! First thing I used it for was to make some rosemary dinner rolls, which required the dough beater--wow. What a difference. I really love this cute little mixer.

A great mixer at such a low price!

Upon opening I was both relieved and impressed with how well made this mixer is. After reading several reviews I was hesitant to purchase this mixer. I am so glad I did, I especially love the multiple speeds and the three different attachment options that come with it. I used the whisk attachment for making my meringue for my lemon pies, it worked so well. Its a heavier and better made mixer than the cheaper ones I've bought in the past. It gives great air flow out the back, which leads me to believe that the motor will last awhile. Overall its an impressive mixer that works very well.

Good Mixer

This is a simple, lightweight hand mixer. I like that it isn't complicated and that it doesn't weigh very much. It has the different attachments so that I can use it to make several different things. This mixer works well and I have not had any issues with it so far. It arrived on time and in perfect condition. I would definitely recommend it for easy mixing.

Quality Mixer for an Amazingly Low Price!!

I had originally purchased the 5 speed KitchenAid model only to return it because it was woefully underpowered. I bought this mixer for a lot less money and am extremely pleased with this product. Not only did it come with attachments that were extra for the KitchenAid mixer, it also came with a lot more power! It mashes potatoes perfectly! I highly recommend this mixer!

I was a little nervous when I saw the wire whisks as apposed to the thin blade whisks that my old Hand Mixer had. One of the reviews said it was good at whisking up mashed potatoes and that made me take the plunge. It's one thing to mix batter, cake mix etc., but potatoes are a stronger test and this mixer passes that test with flying colors. I love it. Does a great job and is very pretty to look at. The red color is fabulous and I love that it has added attachments with the dough hooks and balloon whisk. Very content with this purchase and well worth the price.

Nice-looking, light, and powerful enough for day-to-day use. **UPDATE**

**UPDATE** I was wrong about the Turbo setting. I used it before on a thin, watery batter. When I used it with a cake mix, the Turbo did work really well - not too crazy powerful to splash the batter, but enough to give it that little boost of speed. This isn't fancy, but it will do the small jobs I need it for. The "Turbo" setting doesn't seem to do anything, at least not on the very thin batter I used it for. The attachments are much thinner than what I am used to, but I like the streamlined look of them. It's a nice-looking unit and I love the red color. This mixer seems as if it could be stood up fairly sturdily on a counter but does not rest at an angle. I think that I will always just lay it down and use my spoon rest catch any drippings. The mixer is light enough for me to use even with my weaker hand strength and the power is good. Not having a better way to stand this up between use when cooking is the one thing that could be better. Despite the few shortcomings - no stand and no resting angles - it's well worth the $22 tag.

Exactly what I was looking for.

I've turned into a baker recently and need a mixer ASAP as I knew it would help me mix my ingredients more quickly and effectively. I love it. I like that my kids can use it too. Most of my small appliances are red so I am very happy that it fits in with the rest!! I also use it about once or twice a week. It's holding up well!

I love my mixer! I'm surprised it didn't come with a case but it came with a whisk and yeast hooks. For a great price too! I'm so pleased! I'd recommend this to anyone. I've used it several times since purchasing and it's amazing!
