Cool lights, pretty resiliant to rough play

These are pretty nice lights. I actually got them as my son likes this kind of stuff, so i put it on some of his outdoor play vehicles etc so mimic emergency vehicles. He loves them, and theu seem to hold up to hom being rough on them

Cute, pretty flowers! Lasts almost 12 hrs or light so a long time. It's hung in the back yard under grapevines that are almost as a roof cover over lawn. so they look very pretty with other LED solar light we have hung up. I would buy again. Hopefully they last at least a yr with sunny hot weather.

Awesome

Rashly like these. Two for our car and two for our RV. Very sturdy, lots of light options, live the magnet so they can be put on the side or back of vehicle, etc. Better than flares!

All three lights in the pack do work! After all!

I tested the batteries and all three lights do not work at all. "Dead as a door nail" Sent back for a refund. Amazon is terrific under these circumstances. I now retract my 1 star complaint with this company. They were very kind to e-mail me to let me know that there is a plastic tab that blocks the flow of electricity for shipment purposes. Once I removed the tabs from all 3 lights they worked beautifully as others have described. I would suggest that the company place and instruction card with their packages to avoid the this miss understanding. Originally I took out the batteries and each of the lights and tested them and they were fine and reinserted them. The plastic tab is so small that I did not notice it until I received the e-mail from the company. I would certainly recommend this product and this company to anyone who is considering it. .

No instructions but simple set up

the units (3) come with batteries installed. Must remove back to be able to remove center battery protective sticker preventing units from functioning. Happy with units and seem bright enough in daylight to get attention from other motorist. Great design and nifty carrying case. Best price of all others vendors.

Excellent for emergency kit.

I am so impressed by these that I am going to get more for our other vehicles and for Christmas gifts. The first thing to do when you get these is to unscrew the two screws on the back and lift the back off to get to the battery compartment. One of the 3 batteries has a small, round tab between it and the contact that you have to remove for the flasher to work. After replacing the back, I then started pushing the power button and figured out how to make it flash in 6 or 7 different patterns. After the last pattern, pushing the button twice the flashlight LED comes on and this has a pretty good bright light. These also have a magnet to adhere them to the car body. These are a much better and safer alternative to flares that require fire to light them. At a very affordable price, these are a must for any emergency kit, at home or on the road.

Does the job and does it well

At first when I got this I thought it was going to be orange lights but they are RED lights and they are brighter than other LED road flares that I have. The changing of batteries are a lot easier to access than other brands. I already ran over this with my car and still working great!

Very handy to have

They are a lot smaller than what the picture made me believe, but does the job right...

I was not disappointed!

After a harrowing tire change on a busy highway at night, I started looking for road flares. I could not believe the price for a 15 minute flare, so I looked more at the LED ones. These are great! As soon as they came in, I pulled the tab off the backs to test them out. They do come with the batteries installed, so its just a matter of opening the back and pulling the tab to make the connection. They have several different modes, that are great, except for the last one which is slightly dimmer than the rest. Not sure why you would want that, but the other modes are fine. They are magnetic, so you can stick them to your car. They also have a hook so you could hang them up, or you can just lay them flat. They have a nice rubber on the outside, so when cars are zooming past you at 70 mph, they aren't going anywhere. I'm going to order another set for my car! Maybe some more for Christmas.

Works Great

These are a great safety feature that every vehicle should have. I like that you can mount them off the ground either by hanging them from the built in hook or the built in magnet. The different setting to make them the most visible for your situation. I bought two sets, one for my wife's vehicle and one for my vehicle. I am also considering adding a set to our hurricane emergency kit.
