My favorite cookie sheets ever.
Finally a cookie sheet that doesn't change or oxidize in the dishwasher!! All of my other cookie sheets went straight into the trash and I ordered another set of these. Also, our baking doesn't over brown on the bottoms using these. Of course we always pre-heat the oven first too. Everything comes out perfectly each time we use these great cookie sheets. Thank you TeamFar!! Now, please come out with a muffin pan.

Stainless Steel Wins Over Aluminum!
My wife had these on her wish list and has gotten two sets so far. She wanted to get rid of all the aluminum cookware and so she is very pleased with these baking sheets. A bonus is that the small one fits our toaster oven perfectly. We got rid of our microwave and just use our toaster oven instead. So, we really are enjoying both of these sizes of baking sheets.

Very awesome, highly recommend.
I have been trying to get away from aluminum for a long time and it's harder to do than one thinks. First I got rid of all my foil. Then I had to try to eliminate the purchase of any cans (not always possible but I do it when I can). Then I switched to aluminum free deoderant. Next was bakeware, but EVERYTHING has aluminum in it! I have Alzheimer's in my family and I'm the generation due to get it if it really does skip one so I love that this product was available with a minimum of internet searching. They can be a little tricky to clean depending on what you cook. Tater Tots come off very easily, chicken baked from frozen was a lot harder and took a lot more elbow grease but it eventually came pretty close to back to day 1. They do make some noises as they get hot and then cool down but so far they've always come back to flat. I'm a single girl so The small one alone would be perfect for my day to day needs but it's good to have several sizes. I really appreciate these pans and the commitment to keeping them aluminum free!

Enjoyed my set so much I bought another set for my daughter as a gift
At first I didn't think I really needed the smaller size pan but have found I do go for it when needing to roast a smaller batch of veggies like a bunch of asparagus. It's also perfect for heating up a serving of sweet potato fries and chicken or fish nuggets when my grand daughter visits. I primarily use these pans for roasting veggies or making sheet pan dinners, so they are used at high heat with caramelized food and they clean up beautifully. These pans will last a lifetime, loved them so much I bought a set for my daughter.

Stainless steel cookware is the only way to go.
I used the smaller one first and washed it by hand. It stayed nice and shiny especially after drying it by hand and I only had to buff it lightly with my drying towel to restore the like new lustre. I was tired if the aluminum ones my wife had because they stained so easy and if I ran a light load for a second load in the dishwasher with vinegar, (our city water is hard) to make the silverware and glassware sparkle, I had to remember to take the aluminum cookie sheet out first or it turned black if I didn't take it out. That doesn't happen with stainless steel.

Love these pans
I bought this in February 2017....Love these pans...I have baked salmon, chicken and reheated a variety of food on it. It cleans up so easily....first set of pans I have ever owned that cleaned really easily and has shown no sign of rust and still has its shine....have baked in it at least 20 times so far....cant say enough about these pans....great addition to my kitchen

These are amazingly great baking sheets. Here's how to make sure they don't pop!
OK, time for another lesson from The Vegan Gourmet Chef: The low star reviews, for this great pair of baking sheets, repeatedly mention how they warp when heated. So, let's talk about warping: All metals (all matter for that, uh, matter) have an expansion coefficient. When heat is applied, the atoms in the given material move faster, and the matter composed of said atoms begins to expand. This is crucial information to know, and structural engineers must know how to use it, when large bridges, skyscrapers, etc., are built. To not know it, and use it, in engineering a given design, is to almost guarantee that a structure built without this data included, and applied, will fail, drastically. Now, "How does this apply to these baking sheets?", you may ask. I'll tell you: If you preheat your oven to, say, 350* F, and then take a sheet with your dough, or whatever, on it and pop it in the hot oven, guess what? You are taking this sheet from your 72* F home kitchen and suddenly exposing it to a temperature almost five times what it has "acclimated" to. The result: The expansion coefficient criterion of the very nice stainless steel is thrown to the wolves, the metal suddenly jerks into overdrive on expanding, unevenly, and----POP! goes the baking sheet. Alright, what can you do? You have two choices: ONE: Put the sheet into the oven BEFORE you turn it on to preheat it. Then, assuming you know how to pull out your oven rack without having it crash to the floor, it's a simple matter of dropping your cookies, or whatever, onto the sheet and sliding it back into the oven. No warping, no popping, no problem! TWO: Have a suitable hotplate/mat on your prep surface. Grab the hot sheet out of the oven, quickly place whatever you need to place, on it, and hurriedly place it back in the oven. Keep in mind this is not a great idea, as the sheet will quickly cool off once it's out of the oven and-----it may pop as you are placing "stuff" on it. Also, remember, this door swings both ways: If you take the sheet out of the oven and place it on a cool counter, or in a room at a normal AC temp, it may pop as it contracts, and eject your prize-winning baked goods onto the floor. Tragedy! I've cooked with these sheets more than a few times. They look great, they shine like a mirror and----they have NEVER popped! Not once. Enjoy yourself, enjoy your cooking/baking, feed your family well! I hope the info I've given, above, is of some value to you. Have fun!

Great baking sheets
I love my pans! It was time for some new baking sheets and I wanted some that were safe for my family, not something that could cause cancer. These pans are perfect, I've been using them for two weeks and they are still very shiny and beautiful. They are easy to clean and are easily my favorite baking sheets that I've ever owned!

Excellent for healthy eating!
These baking sheets are beautiful and amazing. I've used both sizes now and needed no cooking spray before putting food directly on the pan. This might just be me but I swear my food tastes better just with this change of cookware. There was zero sticking and super easy clean up. I've hand washed and put them through the dishwasher and both ways they came out gleaming. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Pretty much perfect; they clean easy, look good, don't warp, and weren't expensive.
We've had these maybe six months, using both in the oven for high temp cooking and also as a low-temp drying rack (granola). The little one fits in the toaster over really well as well. We toss them in the dishwasher for cleanup. They're in 99% perfect shape (some scratches, nothing major), they clean up easy for something that's not nonstick, and unlike the tray that came with the toaster oven, these haven't warped when they get hot, ever. Buying a second set now to have a pair of the large ones; thanks to whoever made these trays, nice job.
