Quiet, cold, convenient

This fridge has been great. We installed it under a counter near the main kitchen fridge. It holds a ton of cans, the top shelf fits water bottles, and the very bottom has room for a handful of chilled wine size bottles. This cleared out an entire shelf in our main fridge and allowed us to keep easier access to a variety for beverages for ourselves and guests - well worth it.

Spend the extra money over cheaper units - it's worth it.

You might see other coolers at $400-500. You might think that's a better deal. NOPE. Pay close attention to the lowest temperature each unit can attain. Most of the cheaper models only get down to 39-42 degrees in actuality, regardless of what they say on the specs. If you want COLD beverages, this unit gets down to 34 degrees! Very quiet, and the LED lighting system is great (constant white or blue, or either color with auto-shutoff when the door is closed). My only beef is that it doesn't seem to have a preset shelf height that accommodates beer bottles standing up (without making the top shelf way too tall and wasting space). EDIT: I just wanted to come back to report long-term performance. This thing has not skipped a beat in 1.5 YEARS. It's still quiet and cold. I'm so happy I spent the extra money - WORTH IT.

Classy, sturdy, quiet, and great function

I love the quality of this refrigerator! It is easily the most sturdy product I have looked at. It is incredibly quiet, very aesthetically pleasing, and actually maintains the temperatures it says it can. Very roomy as well and with adjustable/removable glass shelving it works perfect for all sizes if beverages.

Looks very high end and will actually keep your drinks COLD!

Most of these small under cabinet refrigerators simply don't keep drinks cold enough. And the ones that do are usually $2000 or more. Like most people who are in the market for one of these I did a ridiculous amount of research. This was after returning a Magic Chef to Home Depot because it didn't keep things cold enough. Don't make the mistake of buying a wine fridge and thinking it will keep your beer and soft drinks cold enough, it will not. Most wine fridges only get down to the low 40's, which is ok for wine but not cold enough for everything else. You need something that gets down to the low 30's like this Avallon. BTW is also has a huge capacity and looks very high end with quality stainless, glass shelves, and blue or white LED lighting. If you are in the market for one of these you will not be disappointed in this unit.

We bought two!

These were exactly what we were looking for when we finished our basement. We were looking for refrigerators that would look good and perform well built into our cabinets. It was much harder to find what we were looking for than we thought it would be when we started. They haven't been installed long ( only about a week) so we still have a ways to go to judge performance but so far so good.

Great unit for the price!!

I have searched high and low looking for a beverage fridge that would keep my beverages nice and cold and not cost $2000. We previously had a $300 unit that was a piece of junk and after 6 months threw it in the garbage as it kept nothing cold. I read a lot of reviews before purchasing this unit. I've had it for a few weeks and love it!! My beverages are super cold, just the way I like them. So far so good!! Great product at its price point!!

Killer good cooler with great style

I bought this in april 2018 after much research. It is pricier than a lot of what you’ll see but also south of quite a few others. In the end this one seemed to be the one that more people were happy with and lasted longer. I certainly has worked great for us. Not loud, love the blue light when it’s ooened and has a killer good built in look. I would say if you’re going to go cheaper don’t and save up for this one instead.

Worth the little bit extra

I did a fair amount of research and decided on this beverage cooler. I'll try to answer as many questions as I had personally... It is the perfect counter height, It holds 96 bottles (4 cases) of beer if you are storing/cooling bottles, along with 4 or 5 wine bottles at the bottom. If you add the 3rd shelf (which I removed) you would lose the wine storage but increase your ability to store more cans. Providing a good contact number when you place the order is paramount. I was contacted by the 3rd party shipping outfit to arrange for delivery. Delivery was prompt and uneventful, and received within a week of ordering. The product was packaged very well and there was no visible damage. It appears to be operating just fine and has remained at 35 degrees since I installed it. The blue lights are cool, and the option to leave the interior lights on adds background lighting to the back bar which is cool also. Attaching the handle and leveling the unit was very easy, and the unit looks very nice in the space. There are less expensive alternatives, but their reviews were mixed. I'm quite pleased thus far.

Great beverage cooler

After looking around and reading many reviews to replace our old wine/beverage cooler we decided on this unit. We were looking for one that would cool to 34 degrees (hard to find) with adjustable shelves and modern appearance. This cooler met all requirements and so far is super quiet and keeps the beverages very cold! I had to call to get a replacement cover for the control panel (sticker that kept coming off) and the service department was very responsive and sent one out the same day I called. So far very pleased with the purchase and totally worth the expense.
