This magnesium is simply extraordinary...and that's not hype
This compound of magnesium is simply extraordinary, let me explain; this is NOT a sleeping pill. The effect is subtle, which means you will begin taking it and after 48-72 hours the ability to slip into deep(er) sleep and REM level sleep will come naturally. I understand everyone is different and we cannot make "medical" claims, however...I took sleep meds for over 35 years due to high levels of anxiety and stress preventing relaxation at night. I can honestly say I tried every non medical remedy including melatonin, different teas and homeopathic remedies. I have been off traditional sleep meds (my own choice at age 65) for 3 months and was on the verge of giving in and going back on 2 meds I will not post here; trust me it ain't fun or easy kicking meds at any age. That is how extreme my situation was and I share this with others feeling desperate to find a sleep solution. I do not receive any benefit or compensation, I purchased my bottle, so you can believe I am taking the time with genuine knowledge and caring to share my experience in the hope of helping others. Worth every penny...

Stopped Heart Palps, cramping, twitches and anxiety but build up toxicity
Started getting heart palpitations pretty frequently out of the blue as well as some that were very strong and disruptive. From that I then developed some pretty severe anxiety and began having panic attacks, rapid heartbeat, constant heart pounding like my heart was struggling to keep up with me even during normal activities. Was getting runs of SVT. Was convinced that My heart would seize up at any moment. Went to ER, chest X-ray, EKG, halter monitor, etc. cardiologist appointment, dr visits. Also my heart rate would fluctuate fast/slow all the time. Started having muscle cramps that would occur while sleeping that were excruciating, as well as muscles that would not relax when lifting weights. Example: lift a heavy dumbbell for rows then when releasing it the whole forearm would stay contracted. Was getting bad eyelid twitches and even developed a yeast infection. Began to research the cause and found out that it could be a magnesium deficiency. Evaluated my diet (age 33, male, work out 3-5 days a week, am muscular and fit, eat nothing processed but found that with my diet hardly anything I eat contains magnesium). Then found triple calm. This product 100% cleared up nearly every symptom in a days time taking it as recommended on the bottle (except the yeast infection). The palps went away within an hour of taking the first capsule and my heart rate smoothed out to normal instead of speeding up/slowing down and pounding constantly. It calmed down so much that I couldn't feel it pounding so that eased the anxiety also. Cramps subsided and no more eyelid twitches. Took this product for 11 days and for every day I took it had zero palps nearly every day, and if I did get one it was so faint that it was barely noticed. Stopped taking it a couple times as a test and every time by the 3rd day the palps returned. This product works and it works well. However, I believe I am a case of being sensitive to magnesium supplements or having a high absorbtion rate. I only did the recommended dosage which is 2 caps a day, one AM and one PM (150mg). That's a low dosage but by the 11th day I developed toxicity symptoms and became very lethargic, weak, nauseated, diarria, had flu like symptoms, severe brain fog and dizziness. Additionally many symptoms came back such as cramps, extreme anxiety, and crazy heart rates, only this time I was experiencing sudden drops in blood pressure and sudden pulse changes to very low rates. It was very scary and I almost passed out several times. I would issue extreme caution to anyone taking mag supps of any kind, be sure to listen to your body and start at lowest dosages. These symptoms occurred a few times during the 11 days that I took the supp but they were not as bad so I would stop for a few days and resume, but eventually I believe it built up in my body over time to unsafe amounts. After stopping for 3 days and drinking a ton of water I was back to normal. I tested this one last time (on the 3rd day of not taking any) by dumping 2 caps in a glass of water, dissolving it by boiling, then taking just two drinks from the glass. Within 10 minutes I had a blood pressure drop and then a severe run of SVT and dizziness, then high anxiety. This lasted about 2 hours until I was able to flush by drinking a ton of water. Overall I give the product 5 stars because it really does work very well, just be careful and listen to what your body is telling you because there can be risks. Unfortunately I had to stop taking it but have incorporated a ton of magnesium rich foods into my diet and that seems to be working, but I'm sure it will take longer to rebuild my magnesium stores.

Amazing results
I can't believe how this combination of magnesium worked so fast. Suffering from high anxiety, Atrial fibirilation, fibromyalgia and sleep disorders, I had been advised to take magnesium supplements. The mag in the stores are not of good quality and I found this combo and decided to try it 5 months ago. It started helping me immediately. I look forward to lying down at night and resting. I haven't had any pvcs or afib episodes either. I bought my mom, son and neighbor bottles also and they are benefitting from triple calm also. Just can't express how this product has changed my life.

Low dose is a good start...
I have purchased the Triple Calm Magnesium to help a family member to deal with anxiety episodes. It did help to take "the edge" off almost immediately; however, I felt the need of increasing the dose as the brief adjustment was tapering off. I have received enough information from the seller to feel safe in increasing the dose. I am receiving positive feedback from my family member and I will continue purchasing the product. Based on my personal experience, I have come to conclusion to always look for supplements offering lower doses to start with to have room for adjustments.

Here’s a review you can trust
I really wanted to test this product well before I gave it a review, so I have been taking it for 6 months now. I also give one capsule to my 9 year old daughter every night. I cleared this magnesium with my daughters cardiologist and she said it is a great supplement. My daughter has SVT/EAT. She has had two cardiac ablations to correct the problem, but is STILL having 8000 + PAC’s ( premature atrial contractions) per day. magnesium works better with PVC’s, which is why I take it, but her cardiologist said it may help with PAC’s, and even if it didn’t reduce the number of PAC’s it would still be good for her. I am happy to report that my little girl had her 1st NORMAL EKG today!!! She is still showing PAC’s on the holter monitor but not as many. AND because this is a high quality magnesium NOT mag-oxide she doesn’t get diarrhea from it. I also have noticed less PVC’s myself. overall love this product and would recommend it.

Amazing for heart palpitations!
This has worked amazing to treat my heart palpitations which I had non stop with increasing intensity for 3 weeks before I took this. I was at my wits end. I've had intermittent palps for years but they've increased a lot since I've begun running long distances on a regular basis. My doc suspected I was electrolyte deficient so I compensated with vitamins, more water, salt, potassium etc. But, magnesium is much harder to replenish in your diet and is not included in adequate amounts in multi vitamins so my palps continued until I did some research and found a runners blog which detailed a similar struggle and the magic that is magnesium- but this supplement in particular. I'm so thankful I've found this. My palps decreased after my first dose, within a week gone. Just reordered two more bottles, I take double the recommended dose on run days when I'm sweating profusely and have tapered to two a day on non run days. I've never really had sleep issues but I've noticed my sleep feels heavier and more sound since I've been taking this. I have never written an amazon review, but this product is so amazing I want everyone to know about it. If it hadn't been for all the great reviews I may of missed out on the relief I now have, and am so grateful for.

NOT KIDDING...Immediate Results!!
On and off for over 20 years I have been on a prescription beta blocker for palpitations and skipped beats. In the long rung the prescription meds can cause kidney damage. I have been on a Hawthorne extract regime which worked ok but recently started with palps again, which drive me crazy, especially at night while trying to sleep!! These arrived at 5pm and I took 2 immediately, and actually forgot about it, til bedtime, took one more (just in case) and crawled into bed, waiting for it to start, the palpitations, the rolling skipped beats......nada, zilch, nothing, HOLY MOLY 😳 I was so amazed! The next (I did have a handful of palps throughout the day that were so slight it didn’t bother me at all) day I took as recommended only 2 at the end of the day after dinner. Again a quiet night! And the 2nd day not one single issue!!! I have also notice and unusual calmness about myself and love it!! One other thing, no restless legs syndrome since these!! Coincidence? Don’t know but I’ll take it!!

A life-saving (sanity-saving) product
I've suffered with palpitations and anxiety since I was 18 (12 years). Numerous tests have shown my heart is fine, but the palpitations still left me feeling like I was going to go into cardiac arrest at any minute. They would be really bad for a time, then seemingly out of nowhere go away again for a while. I've read about people getting 2 or 3 an hour and had to laugh...when mine are at their worst, I get 2 or 3 in ten seconds! It's exhausting and terrifying (despite doctors/cardiologist reassurance that they're "benign"). Two weeks ago, I started PMSing and my palpitations kicked in really bad (as normal); what wasn't normal, however, was that after my period began and subsequently ended, the run of palpitations was still going strong. I dealt with them for a week, making me cry, making me exhausted, stressed out and angry. I couldn't take it any more. I decided to purchase Triple Calm Magnesium. When the box arrived (on time), I opened it immediately and was happy to find the pills are a manageable size to swallow and there wasn't an overpowering smell to the bottle. The first day, I took one in the morning and one at night. The next day, I took two at night about an hour before bed (I figured my body could make more use of the Mg while it was repairing while I slept). I am now four days in and have noticed a drastic change in my palpitations. They went from occurring every few seconds to occurring several times a day. It's important to note, that the same frustration that prompted me to make this purchase, also made me start trying harder to relax mentally. I decided that if my heart was going to stop suddenly, I wasn't going to be an angry, miserable mess until then. If my heart might stop suddenly, stressing about the palpitations was only going to raise the risk rather than help. Last week I was at my wit's end, completely angry, stressed, exhausted, miserable and "dooms day"-ish. I feel like myself again! Whether that is a result of the mental effort on my part or the Triple Calm is hard to determine, but I really feel like it's a combination of the two. Relaxation will only go so far on its own if your body has a legitimate nutritional deficiency....and supplements will only go so far if you are a stressed out, anxious mess constantly dumping adrenaline into your system by worrying. Also, as an added bonus, the triple calm cleared up digestive problems I didn't even realize I was having! All around, I couldn't recommend this product more highly.

Curves my Edges
I have had heart palpitations for a few years off and on and they have been getting worse lately. I read that magnesium could help, so I purchased these. Wow. Within an hour of taking my first one I felt like the rough edges inside me - in my body, my mind - were being smoothed. I just took my second one (this is the second night) about 45 minutes ago and it's happening again. It's bizarre. I feel like my insides are morphing into smooth plastic and chrome pipes and everything is just flowing around in there the way the Lord intended - nothing blocked, nothing bumpy or jagged. It just feels - curvy in there. Smooth. My chest tightness that I get sometimes is gone. I feel peaceful, and - dare I say - slightly groovy. I always get a heart palpitation when I flop onto my left side - last night I did not. And last night when I fell asleep - I was ASLEEP. When I woke up I felt like someone was pulling me out of deep water and tossing me on the shore. The feeling of well-being lasted into the the morning. It says you can take two - they suggest one in the morning and one at night. Man, I wouldn't take two in the morning! I'd be walking around work with my eyelids half open giving people peace signs and doodling in the margins of notebooks. THIS IS GOOD STUFF. If you were here right now I'd give you one to try. Seriously. Get these. Your body, your mind, your soul - will thank you.

and at one point woke up in the middle of the night from a deep sleep with tightness in my chest and felt like I could not breathe
I have been suffering from generalized anxiety for years. I am in the medical profession and am under a lot of stress on a daily basis and was also going through a particularly rough time in my personal life. I started having heart palpitations and racing thoughts at night, and at one point woke up in the middle of the night from a deep sleep with tightness in my chest and felt like I could not breathe. I went to my cardiologist who performed an EKG and an echocardiogram and checked my blood pressure, all of which were 100% normal. He recommended magnesium and I swear that within 2 days of taking this medication, my palpitations improved dramatically and are now gone. I started at twice daily and have gone down to just once daily (anecdotally, my doctor said that even the twice daily dosage of this particular medication is really low and that I can go much higher if need be). I highly recommend this as a natural way to help ease anxiety! Along with exercise and therapy of course :-)
