It works just like promised

I was anxiously awaiting this product to add to my home gym, and as a seat, and I must say, I am pleased. I've only had it a couple of days and already worked out with and now I'm sitting on it as I type this review. I have been having issues with my low back, and I wanted to try something different. But so far, so good. Pray things only improve from here. Millie

Great product, greater customer service!

This review is as much a review of the product as the actual company making it. As for the actual product. This is a very good deal. It comes with the actual ball, the inflateable ring, a pump, a poster of exercises, elastic bands for resistance training and a measuring band to ensure you inflate it to 65cm. Everything was in order. The ring and ball inflated nicely using pump and the quality overall felt really good. After a couple of weeks I noticed a tear on one of the handles attached to the elastics so I contacted the company to inquire what to do. The response was within the same business day and the company took care of everything without any additional cost or even inconvenience to me. In conclusion: Not only good product but great company and greater customer service.

and that is a super challenging workout

I am a member of Orange Theory Fitness, and that is a super challenging workout. I am having trouble with strength issues and thought this ball and using the bands might help me. It's to soon to tell yet, but I hope going to Orange Theory and using this ball will get me where I want to be. The ball is well made, the bands have good resistance and the air pump worked fine. I would recommend this product. I have had no customer service issues, but I have been sent emails by this company making sure I was satisfied with my product.

Great product and great service

I bought this product to help with some lower back pain that I am currently having physical therapy for, and after looking through several other products I saw this one and mentioned it to my PT who agreed that it would help. Have to say the product is great and more than just an exercise ball. The poster that comes with it shows all the ways in which you can use the ball and the bands, and which part of the body it targets. The resistance bands can also be modified to create varying resistance, by wrapping them around the ring. Overall am very impressed - especially as you can work out whilst sat down which is great for my back !! The owner also got in touch to ask how it was going and to provide any advice and product support which I thought was great. Unfortunately the product did not arrive on the stated date, but looking at the tracking information the delay was entirely with the USPS and not a fault on the part of the seller, and so I did not feel it warranted any reduction in stars.

Amazing Customer Service and Product!

I ordered this ball a couple of weeks ago. I was excited for my order as this ball was a system (Stability Base, Resistance Bands Set and Workout Guide) all at an affordable price. When my order arrived, unfortunately, it was the wrong size. I emailed the merchant and what followed was SPECTALUAR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They informed me that there was a mix up in the Amazon warehouse and that they were working diligently to resolve the issue. Mantra followed up with me often about that status and yesterday I received the correct ball! The product itself is just as solid as the customer service (I am sitting on the ball right at this moment). The setup was easy and the ball and stability ring are quite solid. I also love the colors. I can’t express how pleased I am with my ball and the customer service I received. I will be ordering from Mantra again!

This is an update of my review below. Nathalie, the owner of Mantra Sports reached out to me with apologies about my bad experience and now I truly believe that it was Amazon's fault for shipping a returned item to me without checking the package. I had to return the ball due missing parts and Mantra Sports shipped a newr one to me. Now, I am happy owner of this great exercise ball and I absolutely love the resistance bands. I use the set at work and it looks awesome. I was very impressed with the CUSTOMER SERVICE. It's a family owned business and they really care about their customers. I absolutely recommend buying from Mantra Sports and I am super excited about my new small gym set. --- The box came damaged with all the corners smashed. According to the description on the box these items were missing: most importantly PLUGS, inflation tape measure, a set of SPARE plugs and plug remover. What a disappointment. DON'T waste your money and time.

These products are truly incredible (believing mine was simply just a fluke issue prior) I received a super kind email from the owner after my previous review posted and within a few days I had a brand new one arrive and it’s perfect! So happy to have this back in my life! My office just wasn’t the same without it :) Thank you Nathalie @ Mantra Sports! Xo I’m so very disappointed :( I LOVED my purchase, the brand is great and the product as I’ve been using it as my Office chair since purchase in mid-June 2018 and a few times for abs and other cardio activities. Nothing extreme as I prefer using weights. (I’m only 110lbs) I noticed my ball was somehow loosing its air and feeling less full. I started to refill it and now a day later it’s near half deflated. Makes me so sad as I loved the concept. And now I’m out the $$ and the product.

It was advertised as a wonderful kit, resistance bands

I've put on the pounds since my girls went out on their own. You know how it is .... at any rate, it's well past time to regain my sense of balance, strength, and endurance. I purchased the Mantra Sports 75 cm exercise ball to help me get back to life. The package arrived on time, early in the morning, and I excitedly unpacked the box. It was advertised as a wonderful kit, resistance bands, base, pump - all I could ask for! Unfortunately, the box didn't contain the chart. I emailed the company, forlorn, but patiently awaited a reply. This morning the company's owner herself had answered me! Her email included a printable chart for use until the wall sized poster arrives, which made me a very happy woman indeed! I left for a bit, and upon my return I had received a second email from Nathalie, apologizing again for the missing information, and let me know she had already sent a full package out via UPS express! Not only am I thrilled with the quality of the ball, base, and resistance bands, but to know her concern for her customers prompts such courtesy and swift response is wonderful! I highly recommend Mantra Sports for their products as well as genuine attention to their clients!

Amazing Product and Seller!

I had begun looking for an exercise ball after my old desk chair had finally given up. When I came across the BodyBall I thought it would be perfect to use as a new seat for at my desk where I literally do everything from school work to phone calls to my hair and makeup. I placed my ordered and recieved the package right away. Once opening the package I did realize that the stability ring was not in the box. I sent out an email to the seller and got a response back IMMEDIATELY. Not only were they going to fix the problem, but they were going to send me an entire new ball and told me to keep the ball that I had already had for any trouble of not getting the ring initially and to avoid sending the package back. The owner kept in touch throughout the whole process and express shipped my new ball out and made sure that everything in the new order was great. They will definitely be getting business from me again!!!

The 75cm ball is not 75cm

UPDATE - Mantra contacted me after posting this review and after some troubleshooting I want to change my review. Overall I am quite satisfied with the product. The inflation on the ball is unexpected but it does get to a very firm 75cm. I want to emphasize very firm. The pump works to get it to the desired size be very patient because it does sound like a kazoo if you go to fast or aren’t steady with it. Give it some time to acclimate as well. Customer service is great so if you have any issues they should take care of it. ——————————————————- INITIAL: Overall decent product, the hand resistance bands could be better designed there is a piece of it that sticks out because it doesn’t fit at the joint. The biggest issue is that there is no way the 75cm ball can be inflated to that size, 64 is as far as I dare and it feels like it is about to burst.
