The product is as presented and was perfect for my purpose. It also came very fast! I recommend this to all 3D printer users :).

Great leadscrew, well packaged

The leadscrew is nice and straight, and packaged in a cardboard tube to keep it so. The leadscrew is actually 8mm, not 5/16ths of an inch like some. The pillow blocks are the flange type which I needed, and the bearing holes are sized perfectly to fit the rod, so that's nice too. I'll be buying another.

I ordered this to use as part of a 3D- printer project. This item is made exceptionally well, and I would recommend it to anyone seeking to build a 3D-printer, or a CNC machine. Well made, just be sure to not over-tighten the screws that hold the coupler to the shaft. They can strip fairly easily.
