The supplier is great and product exceeded expectations

The supplier is great and product exceeded expectations. The initial order came with issues. Two days after placing the order I discovered that I had ordered the incorrect size. When that order arrived it the box was split open and one part of 15 was lost. Customer service response was outstanding! There was always a clear, prompt response to my many questions. Corrections were timely and all parts received. The slides are smooth and quiet. Very good quality.
