packaging was good, shipping is as good as you can ask for - Good. time to see how they will last, install is not that hard just not be in a hurry. only thing I found that was bad the motor mounting bolts have to be changed to other type. factory bolts not work. not a big deal.

Been about 6 months and it’s still holding up good. However amazon was almost 3 days late to ship this and it caused my car to get vandalized as my last motor went out while my window was down and I needed this replacement to get it back up. Easy to install just follow along with YouTube videos

Bolts vs. Nuts

This fit perfectly on our 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Took about 1 hour to install. New DIY installers make sure that you keep the old bolts/nuts. Some of these come with built-in nuts, not openings, so you may need bolts to secure the frame.

Much better built then the previous version I used

This is my second time replacing this part, but first with this supplier and manufacturer. Much better built then the previous version I used. Metal construction instead of plastic...more in line with OEM. Good value and construction...perfect fit. Only drawback is a lack of hardware to secure the motor in place on the door. Had to improvise that a bit but it was a minor inconvenience. Part went into a 2002 Granf Cherokee Ltd.
