I like to dabble in pencil and colored pencil mediums when drawing. This set caught my eye in finding something that had what I wanted. I got in in the mail a few days ago and it was perfect. I'm happy that it's small and compact so I can take it while traveling. Anyone who is looking for an art kit like this. I recommend you buy it. You won't be disappointed.

Great starter set that has more

I recently bought the Castle Art Supply 40 Premium piece drawing set for my 15 year old daughter. She has been dabbling in art for a few years now and started taking a drawing class at school for which she needed a pencil and charcoal set. After bringing the Castle Art set to her drawing class, she had several classmates and even her teacher ask where she got it. She’s able to draw, shade and sharpen with the best of them. Nicely made carrying case and more than enough variety for beginner to advanced. Product seems of high quality to last through through the school year and beyond. Couple typos on the label but I can overlook since the product itself seems really nice.

Perfect gift for an artist

I bought to my teenager girl, she is an artist and draws everyday. She really loves this set, she made a lot of compliments. **English is not my first language. I apologize if I made any mistake. Being a photorealistic pencil artist, I am constantly in need of new pencils. Not just any ordinary pencils but top quality pencils with strong lead and they have to be comfortable. I absolutely love this kit - everything I need to sketch. I bought this as a gift and eventually decided to keep it for myself. This pencil set comes with 40 total piece. All that I require for my sketches. The case is real good to keep all the stuffs organised and safe. As for the customer service I am really impressed and happy. Sent me all the details as to how I can get the kit replaced. And comes with a lifetime replacement warranty (what more can I ask for). This came on time and everything was as pictured by the supplier. It has a fine assortment of pencils and charcoal along with sharpeners, erasers, and more. I am very pleased with the carrying case, as I was merely using a zippered pouch previously. This will keep my pencils from rubbing against each other & keep all my tools in good condition. I also like the added feature that this case has as it allows me to prop up the row of pencils which will allow me to easily find the one I want when drawing. I recommend this set to any avid artist.

Excellent kit!!

This kit really helps express my artistic side of my life. I'm not the best at drawing, and normally only draw with a number 2 mechanical pencil. I used to have a smaller kit around 7 years ago, but it got lost. I'm glad to have purchased this product, because it has made me feel more professional and now I have an arsenal of tools to express myself. Anything that I could possibly want, with the exception of a white highlight, is all here. Honestly, the pencils seem very sturdy wood wise and graphite wise, which in the past caused me to only want to draw with mechanical pencils. Also, the customer service has contacted me twice to make sure I was happy with my purchase with no contact on my part to them. I hope you all have as much fun as I will at diving into your own world and expressing the world you see!
