Love. Just get this.

I wanted so badly to love these. Really liked the comfort and design. Unfortunately I wasn't satisfied with the quick release clips - the prongs didn't fit all the way through both sides of the female pieces. One side of the male end fit in but I didn't get the comforting 'snap' to know the other side was completely in and coupled in place. I suspect this was a lemon but either way I wasn't going to use it on my pricey gear. :( Dec 28 UPDATE: WOW. I just received a package and it being the holidays I tore it open thinking it was the next thing to give to someone else. Lo and behold it was a replacement harness with a handwritten note from Tract's co-founder. I'm delighted to report that this replacement addressed my initial concern and the original harness was defective: the clips are secure. I couldn't wait to update my review. As mentioned I had wanted to love these and am so darned pleased I now can! I had pored over several different harnesses and variations and even tried a few (I know - for generally a mere $20; my need to find perfect products is my curse). These were easily the most comfortable with the connector in the back angling the straps perfectly and the right amount of flex in the elastic. Also loved that the release pieces that attach to the binocs themselves are small and won't drag when you stand your binocs on a surface. I am so utterly happy with these and impressed by the attention from Tract that I empower you to make a worry-free purchase with this harness. It's a great product from an astounding team.

Great harness

High quality harness. Quick release clips and attachment line are small, so they will easily fit in most cases and may even allow for attachment of some neck straps at the same time (for shorter duration uses). The downside is that the small quick release clips can not be easily unfastened with gloves. The entire harness will also fit in the Hawke x32 hard case, which is an added convienance.

This one was easy to attach to my Pentax 10x40's, Great customer service!

My old Audubon harness died - the elastic gave out after only 15 years! This one was easy to attach to my Pentax 10x40's, keeping them comfortably positioned at my waist, (I'm 5'4") but secured from swinging forward. Excellent price, comfortable, good value. Oct 2016, Changing my review because the plastic quick release clip sheared off when I pulled the bins out of my bag. I can still use the strap by replacing the clip with a carabiner. Strap is still nice and comfy, but if this had happened over rocks or a drop I would have lost my bins. I am going to change out the other clip and I strongly suggest you do it as a pre-emptive. Nov 7, 2016. Changing my review again. Today I got surprise package via UPS - a new harness and a very nice hand written letter from Tract. That is above and beyond customer service. I had not asked for a replacement since I was able to fix my issue, but they picked up my review and pro-actively sent me a new one. Thanks Tract!

Worked well for my binoculars

Worked well for my binoculars during hunting season. No complaints.

TRACT STANDS BEHIND THERE PRODUCT

I wrote a previous review we're I had a small issue with the harness , then I received a email from the company saying a replacement is on its way and sorry for any inconveniences. So needless to say they stand behind their product 100%. As for the original and replacement harness goes it's built tough, made from quality material and is as good if not better than my Badlands, Nikon or Vortex at less than 1/2 the price. I wish I could afford a set of Tract binoculars cause I'm sure the quality is top notch also.

Nice fit

I find they hold my glass exactly where I want it. Nice and tight, doesn't bounce at all, easy to go on, system to attach is very easy. I've had other glass holders and they're just too big, or loose. Only thing I'd say is these may not be the right harness for a bigger guy.

Nice harness for the price

Nice harness for the price. Does the job we expected it to. Used it in the mountains on an elk hunting trip. Very sturdy and well made.

This thing is amazing it feels good when you where it and holds my binoculars where I need them. Made my hunting season more enjoyable knowing I didn't have to keep hands on my binoculars when I walk to keep them from hitting something. The design is amazing with the detail and structure of the straps. And the clips that go from the binoculars to the straps, flawless and solid. Thanks for a great product I will be buying more for Christmas gifts.
