Rainbow Sherbet and Lemonade are my go to's. If you use Pre Jym, Post Jym is the complimentary counterpart to make sure you are getting the proper nutrients before and after the workout. I usually sip mine during the workout in place of my water.

This is my favorite post workout. Jim Stoppani knows his stuff. I also use it as a preworkout as I have a low tolerance to caffeine and stimulants. This has the perfect combination of ingredients for pre and post workout for me (no caffeine required)

After using Pre Jym for about a month and a half and being impressed, I added this into this mix. I know you're supposed to take this "after" you get done working out according to the instructions but this stuff really helps me push through the last half of my workout like crazy. I sip on it near the end of an hour of lifting and then get on elliptical/treadmill for intense cardio for 45 minutes. This stuff absolutely delivers, combos perfectly with the Pre Jym.

I purchased the Orange flavor of Post Gym. The taste is great and it mixes well. But more important, this product contains all the ingredients you need for post workout recovery. I have also purchased pre-Jym and pro-Jym and each product is of the highest quality with the right combination of ingredients at the proper dose.

Let me first start off by thanking Dr. Jim Stoppani for thoughtfully thinking out this JYM system. Who has ever taken too much beta alanine before? If you’ve gotten all itchy & red after finishing your preworkout drink, the answer is… “you”! Beta Alanine is one of the most ingredients there is for stamina and endurance. When taken everyday it actually builds up in your system and boosts endurance like crazy!! It’s recommended you take 4 grams a day, typically in pre workout. The problem is, if you just took 4 grams of beta alanine by itself you’re going to get paresthesia really bad! It’s harmless but still incredibly uncomfortable… So, what did Jim do? He divides the dose, 2 grams in his pre workout before you train and 2 grams in this Post JYM for after you train. Studying at Yale clearly gets you thinking outside the box! Lol. Next… I just want to take a moment to appreciate the perfection of this formula. It has essentially everything you have for building muscle, recovering faster and boosting strength. Not only does it actually work but there is plenty of science supporting what it does. JYM also uses some of the highest quality ingredients that can be used. Carnipure & CarnoSyn are a step above their synthetic substitutes. Ohhhhhh and rainbow sherbet? Yeah… Let me tell you, the best! Period. Best tasting supplement period. I don’t know how they did it but I could literally drink this all day.

There are many benefits to this matrix of supplements. I take this right after my workouts, with 34-40oz of water. I make sure to include the Jym Fast Digesting Carb to replenish my carbohydrates in a healthy way. Before, I would often binge on cheap carbs like chips etc. the digesting carb is simply dextrose, which is a better way for my body to absorb its depleted glycogen stores.

This stuff is delicious! I bought the rainbow sherbet and couldn't be happier. The taste is smooth, albeit a bit sweet, and does not leave a bad aftertaste. I follow Jim Stoppani's Shortcut to Size plan and the only alteration I made was on the last rep, going until my muscle quits and can no longer lift. Once I am done with the work out and before I hop in the shower, I make sure to drink a scoop in a pint of water. I barely feel muscle soreness on the days following a workout so wither I am not pushing myself, or this stuff is magical. If you have not tried the sherbet, give i t a go, you will not be disappointed.

Great post workout. I've shopped around and to find something this effective you'd need 2 or 3 different post drinks to check all the boxes. Adding this to my regiment helped me take workouts to the next level, you can go hard 6-7 days a week and not suffer much soreness, especially if you use the full Jym stack of products.
