Very Elegant!

I received many compliments on my elegant appearance when I wore this "Messy Bun" to several performances of the Metropolitan Opera over a period of two days last week. My hair is shoulder length, fine, and thin. I put my hair into a ponytail, dampened it, and my daughter (a CPA with no beautician experience) wrapped it around a half-dozen foam rollers. When dry, I pulled my hair through the center of the bun and hairpinned it into place. My daughter arranged my curled hair mingled in with the curls of the bun & pinned everything securely before spraying. After that night's performance, I wrapped my head with toilet paper, like we did back in the 60's, and went to bed. The next day, my hairstyle was perfectly preserved -- much to my daughter's amazement ("You've often told me that's what you used to do, but this is the first time I've seen for myself that it really works!"). I was able to wear my hair to a matinee and later that day to an evening performance at the Met Opera with no extra primping. I walked back to the hotel in heavy rain with an umbrella. I could really have worn the bun a third day, but I was flying home the next morning, so I removed my very elegant messy bun and put it away for the next performance I attend. I highly recommend this very inexpensive but elegant bun!

Edit 10/7/2019 - I havent been able to find the same color I bought 2 years ago. The names are the same but the code, color and the product itself changed; theyre far... fuller now. More like a mini poodle than a hairpiece - but very easy to trim. I liked the old ones better bc they looked natural. I tried the ash&bleach blonde mix (too light), the golden blonde (too dark) and a mix strawberry&bleach blonde (vibrant colors I've never seen in nature. Or chemistry. Or culinary). I'm ready to try the light blonde. 4th time is a charm. Original post : I ordered the ash blonde and bleach blonde mix (which is the 22H613 in the picture). Looks more natural than I expected. This is for a MESSY look - its not the hair-do showing in the pic. Fast delivery, came with a freebie necklace.

Actually matches my hair color!

Crazy, but this actually matched my hair! This scrunchy is not high quality, but mixed in with my own hair/bun, you can't tell it's there. It's actually fairly full, not thin or sparse. And the texture blends well. You can't see the elastic. The hair is about 4" long, but since it's curled/wavy, it looks about 2". If I'm going to put my hair up, this is just a cute way to add volume to my hair. I am attaching photos with my long hair in a bun and this scrunchy wrapped around the bun to hold it in place and make it full.

I cant believe how nice this is

OK, so like so many of us right now I cant go to the salon to get my hair cut so i was looking for hair clips or something to get the hair from my neck. My daughter thought I would be disappointed but I bought it anyway. When it came I put may hair in a twisted ponytail and put this over it like any scrunchy. I went into to her room and she said oh wow you decided to fix your hair up. She couldn't believe how nice it looked. My hair is blonde and I got one that matches perfectly to my color. It has shading so that really helps. So glad I got this.

Just get it!

My hair is a mix of dark brown, Auburn and some gray. I’m very pleased with the color match, the hair is soft and shiny, quite natural looking. My daughter thought it was my own hair! This is one of the Best Buy’s I’ve gotten on Amazon, compared to $22 ones Advertised on fb. Plan on wearing it for our anniversary outing, since I’m not one to fuss with my hair much.
