Winner Winner Turkey Dinner!

Really nice non stick pan and rack! I got in on sale for just over eleven bucks and seriously, I love it. Long gone are the disposable flimsy P.O.S. things I was getting at the grocery store. This has a removable rack and it's just the right size for the twenty pound turkey I cooked last weekend! I bet it'd be good for a little larger bird. I think if it's any larger, I'd put a pan below it to catch drippings, but with the 20 pounder it didn't hang over the sides at all. Moving the pan with the bird in and out of the fridge and oven was SOOOO much easier than using those foil pans! Easy to put back in the box after cleaning to store for next time, too. Totally a winner! Saved money on buying Gibson Home and it'll last for years and years!

Perfect pan for roasts and turkey's

This pan made one of the best prime rib roasts I've ever made. I was able to fit a 10lb rib roast on this with very little oven splatter. I would definitely recommend this roasting pan to anyone. *"Update - made a PERFECT 18lb turkey on Thanksgiving with this pan. Still love it! My brother commented on how much he liked this pan so I sent him one too and he's pumped.
