We like it a lot.

I bought this scale based on it being rated #1 among all Amazon scales. The numbers are bright and easy to read by us old folks. Our old scale had weight tracking for four users which really is of no use to us. I could not find a manual online for our old scale. When the two AAA batteries quit the old scale stopped working and failed to reset after I replaced the batteries. This Etekcity scale has four AAA batteries. Since we registered online within seven days the warranty was extended to two years.

Best Customer Service Ever & Great Scale

Wow - I just experienced the very best customer service ever from the company that makes this scale - Etekcity. I initially ordered this scale, and had a problem with it. I loved the scale, but the auto-off feature just did not work, and I went through batteries like crazy. I indicated this in a review, and the company emailed me IMMEDIATELY to let me know the would be shipping me another scale. I received it two days later, and it works perfectly, and I am very happy with it. It's very sleek, looks great and it has a very simple, easy to read display. Thank you Etekcity - you set the standard for excellent customer service!

A consistent digital scale...finally!!!

I ordered this scale based on user reviews. I am tired of digital scales that change their weight if you move them even half an inch on the floor. I have owned several based on reviews before and have been disappointed each time. They would vary as much as 4 pounds if I moved them an inch or a foot around the room. The first thing I did when I got this scale was weigh and then move it around my house to different locations. It was the same everywhere within .2 of a pound. This was wonderful. I finally have a very nice consistent scale that weighs me accurately! Very well done!!

This is a very good scale. The numbers are large and bright. I especially like the fact that the display stays fixed for a few seconds after you step off. My wife has a slight handicap and she really likes the extra wide platform. She feels safer getting on and off the scale. Checked the accuracy versus the balance beam scale at the YMCA and they agree.

Modern, Sleek, Designed, Accurate Scale Brah

Purchased this scale as I'm trying to lose some weight I gained on my recent Disney Cruise. I ate a lot of ice cream and pina coladas on deck 11. Nice, sleek, slim modern design and it seems to be pretty accurate. I lost 8lbs since I last weighed myself at Senses Spa on the Disney Fantasy. It has a button to covert to kilograms for everyone else in the world that does not live in the United States. Good purchase of a bathroom scale at a decent price. Worth a check. Oh, I also got this a day earlier than expected which was a plus.

So Far, So Good

I've only had the scale few hours but can verify it will repeat a consistent weight display no matter where I stand on the scale or how I shift my weight around. It even gave me the same weight standing on one foot. The displayed weight is about 1 pound more than my old scale. I don't know which one is right but it doesn't really matter to me since I am much more concerned with repeatability than the absolute weight. With my old scale I could could get over a pound of variation just shifting my weight from my heels to my toes so I never trusted it fully. It also has my nice wide platform which comfortably accommodates my size 12W feet. Comes with an easy to understand owners manual. Hint - It will display your weight for 15 seconds after you step off. I know some people don't want others to see their weight. All you have to do is give it a tap with your foot after you step off and it will display 0.0 in less than a second, then turn itself off.

I love the simple yet sleek and elegant design of this body weight scale. It's very easy to use and it showed my weight accurately in a matter of seconds. While testing the product for accuracy, I had to step on the weighing scale several times and the result was consistent. This really came in handy because ours got broken and I was searching for a weighing scale to record me and my husband's progress because we are both on a program to lose weight. I also love that it came with a measuring tape which is also very helpful in recording our progress. I placed the weighing scale in the bathroom floor which is made of tiles and it doesn't slide off the floor because it has a grip underneath the scale. It's also easy to clean so it stays nice and shiny like it's brand new. I highly recommend this weighing scale for it's quality and accuracy! I have to disclose that I received this product for testing purpose and all opinion is 100% my own.

Accurate, easy to use scale with a large display.

This scale is easier to use than the previous scale I bought. First off, there is no on button to try and push with your toe. (the other one required a button to be pushed) It is just a smooth black glass surface that you stand on when you want to know your weight. The display is large easy to read. You stand on it and it will move around for a second or so then settle on a number and freeze it. I find it to be pretty accurate. There are times when I wish it was off and showed a lower weight. Most of the time I am just happy that it is accurate and so easy to deal with. Don't stand on it with wet feet. I have never had an issue but I would imagine the glass would be pretty slippery if your feet were really wet.

this bad boy has become my best friend

This is a great scale... I have never bought a scale prior to this on... I needed one that would go to at least 450, I recently had bariatric surgery and so this bad boy has become my best friend... So far he has been with me while losing down to 350lbs so far!!! Yup, 100lbs gone in six months! The scale it self was a great price, easy to stand on, plenty of room on it. The display is awesome, it is large and when I forget to put on my glasses I can still see it! It does have a glass finish, so I DO NOT suggest getting on it out of the shower... hehehe

Excellent Scale! A+++ :)

This scale from Etekcity is very accurate and very well made. I am 100% happy with the purchase. There is a small learning curve to it. But all that means is... just put weight on the scale (like just plop your foot on it to wake it and leave it there for just a second), it will set to zero (0 means its ready and calibrated) then your good to go. To get best results...be still!. Other than that, I know this scale is highly accurate! Well worth the purchase!
