Neat and somewhat neutral plate covers can be difficult to find. These were what I had been looking for. Solid pvc type material, non flexible, pure white color with a minimal design flare. Was happy enough w a pack of three I reordered 9 more and a triple plate switch! I intend to get more. Installing foam type punch outs behind it and should have a very nice seal for AC/heat, bugs. The white pvc would never need to be painted unless they yellow down the years(?) Franklin Brass great product and Liberty Hardware w fast shipping and no damaged items, great packing. I was pleased upon receiving this item because it is made from a much stronger material than your typical box store brand outlet covers. It had a simple decorative design that I was looking for to go in my farmhouse-Florida style dining room.

Looks great!! Plastic is hard and good quality. Really highlights a room, especially since my rooms have a similar style in the baseboards and crown molding. Just bought one to test it out, but now I'm going to change all the walls plates in the house to this.

Sleek

Its the small details that add a good touch to a room. Painted our bathroom....which led us to buying new faucets...and i cant have new faucets with old plug in plates next to them! We love these.

These plate outlet covers look great and made a subtle but noticeable improvement to a room. I used these to replace the yellowed plastic plates that were on my walls after I repainted a room white and the old plates stood out like a sore thumb. I read reviews that said two main complaints; these supposedly break easily, and the screws they come with are too long. I was careful not to drop these or handle them carelessly when redoing the room. I was also careful not to screw them in too tight, but just until the screw was securely in place and the screw driver resisted turning. No breakage occurred. I also saved the old screws from the previous plates and just used those instead of the nice white tipped ones that came with these plates. So I had no issues. These didn't feel particularly delicate or anything, but it didn't hurt to heed the warnings of other reviewers. I'd definitely use these again if doing another room. They all looked exactly the same with consistent high quality. Even compared to more expensive hardware, they look good. They're a cheap way to quickly improve the look of a room, especially where you have prominently displayed electrical outlets. I used to try to find colors that accented the color on the walls, but an interior designer friend said you want to try to match plates and blinds to the wall color as much as possible, and it really does make a difference to have white plates on white walls. Looks more finished and refined.

Ultra White and Durable!

I love these wall plates! Re-painted a bedroom and reordered all new plates. Loved the look of these so much using them to replace all outlet covers in all bedrooms. These seem to be a nice white PVC material that will be easy to maintain over time. Only pitfall is the screw head can chip paint while attaching. I've learned to hand tighten screw until the last two turns to keep nice.

These are very pretty. After having wall painted white, then replacing old wall plates with these, walls look cleaner and they bring things up to date. Am going to order more for other areas in home.
