Add class to existing brown outlets & switches

We have an OLD house (1905) that has been well-preserved over the years. One of the rooms has brown outlet and switches and brown cover plates. I eventually want to have an electrician switch them out to ivory or white. In the meantime, these really add a nice element of class (and I may forego the update to ivory/white).

Very stylish, good packaging, better-than-average quality

The quality of these wall plates is surprisingly good, as they are solid and not the wafer-thin version you can get elsewhere. Grime wipes off easily with glass cleaner. The only wish I have is for the white screws to have a more durable finish (painted white), so the screwdriver doesn't expose the metal in the groove when being installed. I suppose just about everyone has this problem, and installing the screws with a coated screwdriver will alleviate this. I will probably replace all of my switch plates with these, as each room gets new paint.

More durable than cheap covers

This is a very nice, simple looking switch cover & it seems much more durable than the cheap $0.59 hardware store ones. Don’t think it will crack easily.

A huge and inexpensive upgrade to standard switch plates .

These are less expensive than the braird(?) ones I used in my old house but they look similar and because they are not wood they are more sturdy. The paint wont wear off. They don't look plasticy at all, and are a huge upgrade to the standard switch plates that come with houses. They fit perfectly. They did come with their own screws.

Looks amazing and feels thick and sturdy

I love the way it looks and I couldn’t find anything this nice for cheaper! Great buy. My only complaint is that the paint on the screws comes off easily when you’re trying to screw it in, but a least the screws are painted.

Love it, thick plastic and fit perfect. Top of the screws are white which is nice. Love the little border that makes it a little fancier than your basic white plate. I got the outlet covers to match.

Beautiful and perfectly Simple

Beautiful but Simple elegance. I just remodeled my kitchen and needed new switch plate covers. These are the perfect design and the white color even matches my cabinet color perfectly plus they look great against our gray walls..
