These molds work great for the soap I make. Just the right size and it's really easy to pop out the soap after it's set. I highly recommend this product.

Funcionan a la perfeccion

My one & only complaint was that it didn't have more edge area, like some of my other molds, (lighter pink one in the picture). I find it easier to lift up the ones with more edges. However, that one thing is also a "pros", in the sense that it allows you to very easily remove your items, & clean the mold. Before you add anything liquid/fluid to these, make sure they're on a solid surface. That would be a countertop or baking sheet, etc. I used mine for soap, & it was so easy to get them out. Washing them is also a breeze. The best part of all is the detail...just about anything made in these will come out beautifully!

I'm not sure this is 100% silicone as advertised. When you bend it, it turns white. Luckily I'm not making food in this so the material isn't really an issue for me. I made soap in these and they all turned out very well. Make sure you have the mold on a tray if you have to move it because it gets VERY unstable when filled. Aside from the thickness, this is a great mold! Very easy to remove soap and it's very easy to clean.

I bought these molds for making soap, but I ended up using them also for making 100% beeswax candles. Turns out, they're wonderful for both, but I'll focus on candlemaking here because I think this usage is underrepresented. I looked at Youtube videos to find out how to get a wick stationed in the candle before pouring, but those advised puncturing the bottom of each mold cavity for the wick, pulling the wick through, then plugging the hole with clay, and I am not willing to do that. I was determined to figure out how to use the mold for candles without disturbing its intact use for making soap. I went through various options, including using my mother's crochet needles as wicking pins, before the "Duh!" phenomenon hit me. I discovered that if I take an ordinary wooden skewer (as used for kebobs) and take the candle out of the molds when it's very slightly warm (easy as pie with Baker Depot), the skewer cuts through the wax readily, and you can pull it out of the flat bottom of the candle. (Just make sure your primed wick is the same diameter as the skewer.) This worked perfectly, and because the wick slid through the hole so easily, there was no telltale space around the top of the wick. (My experience is that a wick primed with beeswax gets caught when inserted into a cold, fully hardened candle, so the hole has to be larger than the wick.) But again, this is specifically in working with a Baker Depot silicone mold. Judging from reviews of similar products, apparently not all such molds are created equal. I'm delighted to have found this brand, and--given the ease and minimal expense of its molds--am unwilling to try another brand when making soap or candles.

I purchased these to use as molds for soaps, lotion bars, and bath bombs. They have performed very well for me for all three. The shape turns out beautifully, and it makes a great sized product for sale or gifts. I really enjoy using these.

My soap molds came out very easily and couldn't be happier with this product.

I use these for my homemade bar soaps and they turn out so pretty!

Used this mold to make bath bombs for christmas. They turned out great!! Looked just like a rose. Received a lot of compliments. Easy removal.
