11 x 18 double burner griddle is excellent!

Excellent griddle. Easy to clean, even heating, no warping whatsoever. Have used it indoors on two burners as well as on my outdoor gas grill. Finish is durable and I have no scratches after nearly daily use.

So much better than using electric griddles

THIS IS AWESOME! I've used electric griddles for years, and they always end up getting gross after a while because you can't properly clean them. This is machine washable (though, so far, stuff hasn't really stuck to it anyway), and light-weight enough to maneuver easily. I lay it across to electric burners on the stove, and the heating is even. Bummer that there's no grease trap, but again, it's light enough that you can lift it mid-way and pour out from a corner.

wow ! nice large griddle

this griddle is really large- alitle larger than I expected but it is a very substantial quality griddle. I needed a nice better quality one and this one sure is, very sturdy and hopefully will clean up well. My old one was a cheap brand and the underside was all yucky, i tried everything but it wouldn't clean up well so just decided to go for it and get a good quality one. Look forward to useing this one

Great skillets

I have this set and a larger 5 quart covered pan in this brand. Very thick aluminum pan that distributes heat much better than many more expensive brands I have had before. I have used them for several months now before I ventured to review. Great pans at a really good price.

Already in love with these and I just got them

Already in love with these and I just got them. They're really well made, and look so great! They're more gray/gunmetal than they appear in the photos, which is awesome (black pots and pans just look cheap even when they're not). The handles are long and sturdy and feel great to hold. The nonstick is VERY nonstick so I think these should perform well for a long time. They look and feel so expensive but they're so affordable. Highly recommend!

Fantastic piece

We had a griddle in our stove for years. When we moved, we had to live without one... it was difficult! I cannot believe we waited so long to get this griddle. It's easy to clean and can be used indoors and outdoors. Bacon, pancakes, sandwiches, you name it. A great and nicely priced product.

Best cookware.

The best cookware ever.. I have tried many different expensive brands and this set is my favorite. I love cooking makes it easy, clean up is simple and if I'm busy just put in dishwasher and no problem.. I brought the first set as a gift and wished I kept the set, but now I have my own....

This one is great as the original one

Placement for one I had for almost 20 years, thanks to my husband who burnt it. This one is great as the original one. Nothing sticks to it and is great to use. Thinking about getting a whole set and throwing out the aluminum set I have now. You wont regreat purchasing. Thank you Emril.

Great little nonstick pan!

This pan is wonderful. It is a great size, perfect for frying an egg or a grilled cheese sandwich. It is very sturdy and has a good weight to it. The handle is sturdy and seems to stay cool to the touch. I would caution using metal on it or just throwing it in the sink with any metal objects or silverware so it doesn't get damaged. When we first received the pan we had to send it back as it was gouged and you could see where the silver non-stick coating was actually scraped off the metal pan. It cleans easily enough and can go in the dishwasher which is always a plus to this busy mom.

Heavy duty. Excellent for sauté and eggs!

Heavy duty, excellent heat dispersion and super slick surface. My last Emeril pan lasted 10 years with daily use. My only complaint about these is the rivets used for attaching the handles. They are not too bothersome but do add an annoyance to cleaning and swirling some sauces although enough to deduct any stars from this product. They are still excellent pans!
