Great, great, great!!! Glad I ordered this little powerhouse!

This was an insanely good purchase! It came with more memory than advertised and a larger hard drive than advertised. Runs like a champ and is a great little PC! I added a low-profile video card to beef it up a little and it's superb now! Great for Steam gaming and a media center!!!

It worked

Product arrived a day later then it was supposed to, but that was UPS's fault as the house has been here for 90+ years and they try to tell me that it doesn't exist. Pretty solidly packed, most of the computer case was pristine but the removable panel was scuffed up like it had been dragged across rocks. Didn't really matter to me as it is a refurbished and it was going to be hiding under a desk anyway. First thing I did was pop out the hard drive (pretty tight in there, pop in a 2nd Sata cable, and put a larger mechanical drive in for storage and a SSD in as primary. The SSD is going to have to hang loose as there is no way to connect it to the frame. I managed to get mine in between the hard drive and the bottom of the hard drive cage so it only had a little wiggle room. If it is too tight for you, due to how the 2nd sata power connector is, getting a sata-> 2 sata power adaptor will help (6-inch SATA Power Y Splitter, 1 male to 2 female ) will help. Other then that, no other problems.

it works good

First of all, I normally order from my computer but since it died, I had to get the Amazon shopping App for my phone. I could not get all the details about what I was ordering. I was surprised when I got it to find it is a refurbished computer. The one that just died was also refurbished. I was disappointed that I didn't see any mention of it being refurbished when I found it via my phone. But so far so good. I will be disappointed if it shoots craps like the other one did...while I purchased it a few years ago in anticipation of my old one breaking, I had just set it up two days before it died...well, the power went off when I was online and it blew out all the drivers for the internet and the sound system. That one was a refurbished HP...this one is a Dell. Crossing my fingers.

Perfect for what I needed

My plex media server went down do I ordered this as a cheap replacement. I have to say wow! This sucker is small! Keep that in mind this is a modular PC you can pop open the case easy peasy and each part has a switch or handle to pop that component right out. Was able to swap hard drives in less than 2 minutes with zero screwdriver needed! Came with a keyboard and mouse and a n+ wireless adapter as a nice treat. Box was well packaged and secured and the system even had that "new PC" smell to it. Very happy with my purchase so let's see how long I can make it last!

Good Unit note:Video Outputs

Everything it was described to be. Inside of the case was immaculate. I attached an Ultra High Def monitor using the display port connection and windows set it up to 3480 x 2160 res the monitor was capable of. Surprised me. Now just a heads up the computer I received had a video out choice between two display ports or one VGA. No HDMI or DVI connections. Be sure you have the necessary cable. After setup I ordered from Amazon the “Rankie DisplayPort (DP) to HDMI Cable, 4K Resolution Ready, 6 Feet” to replace the display port cable I borrowed from another setup because i plan to use a flat screen monitor with no display port. I would buy this unit again.

I needed a better PC at a good price and that is what I got. It arrived quicker than expected with some awesome software pre installed. Thank you very happy with my purchase from amazon as always.

Great product, awesome price

Great product, awesome price. i have bought two now and although there was a small mixup with the drive the company immediately fixed it for me and I have been happy with the product for almost a year now. Really great value for your money. I am a full-time college teacher online so having something that is reliable, fast, and up to date was important to me. This product definitely delivered. Loved it so much I bought a second one for my embroidery machine to work on.

Works as advertised, correct specs.

Bought and installed at a friend's parent's house. Overall works as advertised and they haven't had any issues with the machine. No complaints here at all. I did have to activate Windows on it, but the provided product key worked just fine.

I think they gave me a brand new one instead of a refurbished!

Received the Dell desktop in a tightly secured box with foam packaging inside. Got a nice free keyboard and mouse too! Before I turned the computer on, I had to scurinize the appearence. The outside looks very clean with no dust, no dirt and no scratches. I easily flipped the desktop open to look inside. It is super clean! I couldn't tell if the parts were refurbished. I turned the desktop on and I thought it was broken because I can't even hear the fan! The fan is super quiet! It came preloaded with Windows 10 as advertised. Being a girl, I for sure thought I will have problems when I boot up. It even came with simple instructions to setup the computer. Then only 5 minutes later, Windows 10 was all set and ready to use LOL !!! This establishment is absolutely customer oriented. I felt that they really gave alot of thought before selling stuff to customers. This is a very well deserved 5 star review. Thank you Klamp Electronics for making my day! Product arrived really fast with Prime. Product is exactly as shown in the picture. I will highly recommend this product to all my friends and family. I will definitely buy from KLAMP Electronics again!

Excellent Quality and Price!

Great bang for your buck! There's a lot of high quality features in this computer for a super cheap price! Also, it has a SUPER quiet fan which is really nice for those of us who get distracted easily! ;)
