I bought a pack of these so the gas line for my BBQ grill could go through the wall in the BBQ island without scraping on the stucco. It fit perfect and is a great way to keep rodents out of the interior of the BBQ island while dressing up the hole in the wall. And if the grommet ever deteriorates because of exposure to the elements, I have four more in reserve. An inexpensive solution to what is probably a very common problem for some folks.

Good quality

These are well made and use a nice flexible plastic material that is resilient and malleable. It's not the hard/brittle plastic that some other products use. Feeding cables through these grommets is a simple matter. Note that these fit slightly loose so I recommend placing a small bead of silicon around them before inserting into the holes - this will keep them from popping out later when running cables.

Used a 2 3/8" hole saw. Grommet fit perfectly. Actually, could have gone a little smaller for a tighter fit. Pulling up on a cable tends to pull the grommet with it; however, in my experience, this is typical for a mouse hole grommet. Actual unit is stiff enough to hold the cable ends so they don't fall back through the hole, exactly what I wanted. Nothing is more irritating than trying to hold something with one hand, while a cable snakes back into the seedy underground of your desk.

Flexible, Great Price, and Multipurposed

Great price for the quality! Love that it flexible and isn’t a cheap material. I bought a pack and I use them in my desk at work and my desk at home. I also have used a couple for my DIY projects at home.

Holds a lot

Holds loads of wires and fits perfectly into the core I drilled into laminate counter with the 2 3/8 hole saw attachment I bought here to go with it.
