Good quality, inexpensive, and lasts a long time

This hemp is great. It's much cheaper and burns slower than the ones I can buy at my local shops. This does produce smoke when you put out the flame but I just quickly wack it back and forth against the edge of a table until it goes completely out. I am a moderate daily smoker. I smoke once the morning, once at night, and rarely in the afternoon. One of these will last me a good few months. If I was a bit more careful and put out the flame immediately after sparking, it would probably last me close to half a year.

Unlike many of the reviewers who complain of the smell... What do you expect wax to smell like? And this is only a problem AFTER you have lit up what you need to, so this isn't really a factor in the product in any way so to those looking at reviews, disregard those that comment on the smell. It smells like what it's supposed to. It's 200ft of the good stuff, basic hemp and beeswax, am I going to go full snob and talk about thicknesses and color to determine quality? NO, it feels and lights high quality, low temperature burn and have noticed less burn in my throat when high combustion temps is a problem with lighters. The price, very much worth it considering consumer values.

The down right BEST hempwick

Really really impressed with this. I love hemp wick but always left it off my shopping lists just because of how expensive it is. This is an excellent deal for the price and some of the most fresh, clean and smoothest burning hemp wick I have tried. And I think this is my last try of a lifetime. This is absolutely my new favorite and go to wick. It came in 2 days also. This wick doesn't burn as quickly as most name brands do, but also does not extinguish itself. It burns slow just at the right speed and a nice steady flame you don't have to keep re-lighting. Thank you EriX Light! I will be a returning customer again and again and again!

Good quality hemp wick in large amount for a great price

As soon as I used this hemp wick for the first time, I noticed a few things about it that I liked. Before this, I was using RAW unbleached hemp wick that I would purchase from my local smoke shop. In comparison, the EricX hemp wick tastes cleaner and has noticeably less wax coated on it. I actually tend to pinch the flame out when I want to extinguish it because blowing it out - as with any hemp wick - will stop the fire, but will continue to smoke as the ember continues burning. The light coat of wax makes this easier to do compared to the thicker coat on the RAW one, which would leave a pretty good sized glob of hot wax on my fingers, following a black mark that stayed after washing the wax off. Just a teensy bit on the painful side too but not too bad. With this wick there isn't so much wax being heated up by direct contact with a flame, so the flame pinches out faster with no black mark or burning of my fingers. The downside to lighter wax is that it burns faster and less controlled than a thicker coated wick but if you use them all the time and know how to maneuver the flame it's not a necessarily a problem but potentially an upside.

Well worth it

I've been so surprised at how much cleaner this burns compared to a lighter. I never realized how much black gunk was from the lighter and not just a byproduct of smoking. Would definitely recommend trying it. My only small issue is the ball by itself is cumbersome to use. Transferring it to a wick dispenser makes it much easier and keeps the wick from getting dust and pet hair stuck to it.

It works great for smoking

It works great for smoking. Others complained about the taste but I can't taste any more than the basic wic taste and its leaps and bounds better than using a lighter! I've since used it to tie stuff closed, keep some wrapped on all my lighters (lighter hoarder, I'm hell bent to never be out), used it to entertain my cats and still have a ton left! I hope they sell stuff other than wics instead of waiting for people to reorder haha.

Great hemp wick

This is a great spool of hemp wick, very strong and burns slowly. I put some onto my Hemplights lighter on the 20th when I received it (It is now the 29th, and I use this lighter every day), and I still haven't had to put any new hemp wick on it yet. Over all, I feel this was a great value for my money, and I'll definitely purchase some more of this brand in the future!

Great Value

I love this wick, great price and lasts me several months. I highly recommend to any smokers out there. I have noticed a huge difference since I started using this wick, I used to cough up black phlegm all the time and since switching I cough way less often and hardly any phlegm at all. So if your thinking about getting this do it, it is a tiny bit of extra work but so many extra benefits.
