Tastes great

First time using hemp wick. Tastes so much better than using a lighter. It seems to work better in the wind than my Zippo, so that's an added bonus.

Great product and nice price. I always search for well-priced bulk hemp wick because I use quite a bit and don't want to get just a few feet at a time. Honestly would give a 4.7 stars if I could though... nothing against the product, but if I were to give a bit of constructive criticism to the company, I'd have to say that the wick doesn't do all that well staying lit in the wind. I've had some better experiences with some pricier hemp wick, but I know full well there is always a balance of quality and price. Also, getting this stuff lit can be a task sometimes with a breeze or draft. For indoor use, it's PERFECT. For outdoor use it's "less than ideal", but still pretty nice. just get a windproof lighter for those breezy days...

I used the regular version of this and found it wasn't quite as much as I wanted, although I did like it. this one is absolutely perfect and holds a flame just right but doesn't continuously burn after you blow it out and you don't have to worry about it's staying on fire. There is no odor and absolutely no taste This will be my new hemp wick for life you have a customer for life

If your new, like me, to candle making, you should know that this wick is for smaller diameter vessels. 2" or less. But you can double wrap for larger diameter vessels.

Burns too quickly (UPDATED)

UPDATE: so i started burning the twisted wick and its perfect! Its not burning too quickly compared to before (but this may have to do with the size of the candle.... this is only my second candle) overall im happy with this product and ill definitely hold on to it for a while! I ordered this because the wick spool at micheals was expensive to what ive seen here. I used this in my first candle, a mix between an old candle and and a 5pb bag id also bought here. the wick burnd too quickly, as there is hardly any wick above the melted wax, the flame is tiny compared to store-bought candles, as well as if you moved the candle the wax below would extinguish the tiny flame. I just made another smaller candle and instead twisted an extra long wick as id heard they might help. Will update when i get the chance to burn the thicker, twisted wick. Also the candle is in fact labeled ‘made in china’ not that it matters to me

a good wick, trust me

Forgot to blow out a candle i made with this, and when i came back two days later it was still lit! Yes that was dumb on my part to leave a candle lit, but i live in Humboldt....what do you expect. Long story short, this wick works for candles AND lighting my bong. I would definitely recommend this product to all!
