Review revision
I had issues with the initial purchase made of this product. I could not get an adequate flame for a fire. I contacted StanBroil and was in contact with Aaron. After going through some troubleshooting, Aaron made sure I recieved a replacement part. The new part performs PERFECTLY and we once again have a fire!!

Great Kit!!!
I turned a wood burning Chimenea into a gas Chimenea. This is the hot ticket. You need a 1" hole in the bottom of the chimenea and a 1/2 in hole for ventilation. Propane is heavier than air, so the vent lets it escape. This comes as you see it. Fully put together except for the fire ring. Easy as it sounds. Use concrete bits for the starter hole. Then I got a 1" hole saw and cvut the final hole. Go slow so the pottery does not shatter. Still only takes a few minutes. !!! make sure you have a flame on the fire ring when you turn the key to open the gas.or you will have a fireball.. Yes that is the voice of experience. My fireplace lighter blew out about the time I turned the gas on. There is a lot of gas coming out of that ring. Great change to the backyard.

Satisfied
I usually never leave reviews from products on Amazon simply because I never hssve them long enough before I've returned them because something was off about it. Not in this case, although I do wish I went bigger and got a bigger ring to feel the heat more and at least a wind shield for the flames I don't have really anything bad to say, yet lol. It's only been a week or so... however I built this table from scratch drilled my holes and plopped the ring right in no stress in installing it or complaints from me, yet... looks nice, feels nice and is peaceful at night. Attached is a picture of a fish tank fire pit table I made.

A bit expensive but has high quality parts
The parts seems a little high but the parts are very high quality and seem safe. The packing box didn't look very promising but once I saw and the parts I was very happy. I used this to replace the natural propane.connection in my fire pit.

This thing really puts out a great flame and heat
I bought this to make a fire pit from a wine barrel. The barrel is 22 inches across so I bought the 12" burner. This thing really puts out a great flame and heat. So good that next time when I make one I will use the 6 inch version. I have to turn the propane almost all the way down so the flames won't reach the people sitting around the table. The table is round and it's 14 inches from the edge of the table to the beginning of the fire pit.

Top quality stainless propane burner!!
I've been using this propane burner for over a year now, and I couldn't be happier with it. It gives great flame throughout my pit, and put out a good amount of heat. So far I've had no issues with it at all. My only complaint would be that when you turn it up on high, it makes a minor whistling noise but because of the heat and flame it puts out, it's NEVER necessary to turn it up to high. Top quality for sure!!

Plenty of flame output!
I used this kit to convert a wood burning fire pit to propane. I replaced the hose with a 10' hose and regulator from Lowe's so I could put the propane tank on the ground off the edge of the deck. Works great!

Nice quality fire ring for a custom project - perfect for under fire glass
This fit my custom job perfectly. I converted a wood burning fire pit to propane. The ring is very good quality and makes a nice circle of flame from very small to maybe 12 inches high. We covered it with 2 inches of Fire Glass. Perfect. The on off key works fine although it can be tricky to get exactly the right setting as there are a few seconds of delay. No big deal. However, you could put a dial type regulator in line for better control. Very happy with it.

Perfect for a chimenea fire feature!
I bought this burner assembly to convert my wood-burning chimenea into a small fire feature. I purchased the smallest 6" burner assembly, a small set of ceramic logs, and a 12' quick connect hose from Amazon. I used some lava rocks as the "base" under the ceramic logs - both to conceal the burner and distribute the flames around the logs. The chimenea had a "bowl" width of 18-20", and the 6" burner was perfect to simulate a small fire in it. The included valve and hoses deliver plenty of natural gas for a realistic flame (I only use about 1/3 of the available gas flow). The natural gas source is a 1/2" pipe tied into my main gas line, which then feeds the 3/8" quick connect hose. I used the 1/2" valve which was included in the kit, the conversion fittings on either side of the valve, and the 3/8" metal gas line to the burner. I did need to add some brass 1/2" pipe to reach through the holes that I drilled in the bottom of the chimenea and the wood base it stands on. Unlike a few of the other reviews here, I think the gas delivery is more than adequate for this purpose. The chimenea provides a decent amount of heat to my outdoor patio and has a really nice, realistic look to it. I'm very pleased with the results!
