Love the size of this tart pan! Made a chocolate ganache tart with fresh raspberries and a cookie crust. So easy to serve slices and clean up was a breeze.

I absolutely love this tart pan. Needs no greasing. My homemade short crust pastry cooks evenly, browns beautifully and pops right out. Loved it so much I bought a second one so I can make multiple pies/tarts/quiches at once. Two of these fit with room to spare in a half sheet pan. In terms of recipes, use a recipe for a 9" pie and then just halve it. Everything has come out perfectly.

been great, non-stick so far. It is 11", something my husband failed to look at before he purchased. Most recipes in the US call for a 9" so make sure you're buying the right size.

Happy with the results in my recent uses of this item. Non-stick surface works well. Bottom is removable, but is a bit thin and can dent easily, so be careful about storage in case it gets piled between things.

Excellent tart pan. Highly recommend this tart pan. Sturdy. Washes up easily. I used very light cooking spray on tart pan prior to placing parchment paper on the bottom. Then very light cooking spray on the parchment. Made apple tart and it was perfect. Removable bottom works well. Sat the tart pan on a larger roasting pan for transfer in and out of the oven. Baked the tart on the rack second from the bottom rung. Plan to make savory cheese veg. tarts, Myer Lemon Shaker Tarts, berry tarts etc. Just like with pies you may need a 'crust shield' if you are baking the tart for over 20 minutes. See photo of a 'window tart shield' I made from one piece of aluminum foil - cut hole a little smaller than the size of the bottom of the pan. I bought 2 as they are too small for a large dinner party. They worked as described, however, they are not heavy at all, so I put a strip of baking parchment at the bottom as I do with all my baking. And especially with loose bottom pans. Avoids a mess in my oven plus makes it easier to remove the baked goods. Do wish they were more substantial, but Wilton is generally a respected name and you get what you pay for.

When our old tart pan started to shed its nonstick finish, I torte it would be a good idea to order a new one right away. I’m glad I got this one. The sturdy metal base layer makes tart-making a piece of cake and thanks to the very good nonstick, two-piece design the pan releases as easy as pie.

Not sure about durability because I've only used it once, but it a sturdy pan. I believe it will be durable. One thing I will say is to make sure you wrap it in foil is you are making something with liquid, like a custard, because it will leak. But I have never used a pan like this that didn't. Other than that, 5 stars.

I really like this pan for making beautiful and delicious quiche. Being able to remove the side of the pan makes it easy to present and cut the quiche. Surface is smooth and has been nonstick for me.

Love this!! And it's so pretty for plating. I got feedback that my dessert looked professional and were surprised I made it. The shape of this really gives it that fancy boujee look.
