How can I be this old and not know this spice existed?

A few months ago Blue Apron sent me a recipe including using El Ras Hanout. It was amazing so I decided to buy the ingredients in it so I could make it again. I stumbled on this at Amazon because I couldn't find the spice locally. I bought it and realized that in only a few months, I was halfway through the bag. I am obsessed with this spice. It wasn't until I did research that I realized how complex and nuanced this particular blend is and very reasonably priced. I will definitely reorder.

A Great, authentic, blend with fresh ingredients!

FABULOUS! Not only did the Ras El Hanout spice taste DELICIOUS on my Lamb Tangine - but I received a warm, hand-written "thank you" note from the sellers at Pinch Spice Market. Others have noted that this blend does not contain salt which is true - and I prefer it that way. I can supply my own salt - just the slightest pinch as to enhance, rather than overwhelm, the other more authentic apices. Most times, I don't add it at all - and believe me, it's not missed among the "grains of paradise". The best!

Just like home...

I use this ras al hanout from Pinch Spice Market regularly when cooking tagine and other dishes for my Moroccan husband and brother-in-law. It tastes just right and smells like home, unlike other ras al hanout I've purchased online or from the store (others seem to be missing key spices so they don't smell or taste right). We only buy this blend.

Wonderful combination of spices!

There’s at least a dozen spices in it and you can smell and taste most of them- this is a wonderful combination of flavors not too much of any and not at all hot like some others review for different versions. Other versions have only five or six ingredients where this is much more traditional. If you look up the healthiest spices to use, this has most of them if not all of them. Hard to tell from the picture that it is not a very large bag but will still last you quite some time. When I run out I will re-order this brand again!

Secret Chili Spice

I love this Spice Blend on so many meats. Especially Chicken. A little Goes a LONG way And its My Secret Spice in Chili. I make my Chili as Normal with all the Normal Chili Spices and add a Nice Dollop Of Ras El Hanout to the Pot

Fabulous!

This is superb! Just got it today & whipped up a meal kit recipe that we loved (Skillet Chicken with Orzo & Carrots). This blend is way better than what had come with the kit (& that was good). This has a bit of a kick (cayenne) which we LOVE! So glad I didn’t try to make my own (I have virtually every spice except anise..). HIGHLY recommend!

This spice mix was a wonderful addition to lentils and rice. We are vegans and really enjoy home cooked plant based eating. Everyone loved the nicely spiced flavor this mix added. Well worth the price for something so enjoyable and well balanced. Opened new doors to a whole new style of cuisine. So easy to add to your food, just spice to taste. Delicious.

Authentic Taste

I haven’t tasted Ras El Hanout this good since our trip to Morocco a couple of years ago. This spice can vary from Souk to Souk and from family to family. That being said, the flavors in this mixture are taste bud tantalizing and really bring flavor to our Tagine Sunday. I will continue to buy this until our next trip to Morocco.

Excellent spice blend

This is an excellent version of Ras el Hanout. It is very fragrant and the taste is very complex. A small amount adds a lot of flavor to the right dish.
