Love Gotham Steel!
I have several pieces of Gotham Steel and they are wonderful. Even though Gotham Steel states you don't have to season them I do. A very simple thing just wash the pan in warm sudsy water, rinse and dry well with a paper towel. I place the pan on my burner on low for about 40 seconds, take it off the burner and place a tablespoon of vegetable oil in the pan and using a paper towel coat the inside of the pan. I leave it for several minutes until the pan cools down and wipe it off. When I cook I always use about 1/4 teaspoon oil, coconut, olive whatever you like just do not use cooking spray . You need to set your burner on low with these pans which really isn't a problem because they do heat up quickly and do not immerse them in water until they have cooled off. When you store any nonstick pan you shouldn't stack them it can scratch the cooking surface. With a little care these pans do deliver and make cooking a pleasure.

Beautiful pan
I like that I do not have to use oil with the pan. I am concerned that the lifetime warranty is void if I use spray on oils or cook over high heat. It can only be used on medium heat.. Now I have to hide it from family members.... the same ones who claim that they can use steel utensils on teflon (fork to turn food) without scratching the surface. I have a lot of pans with gouges. Anyway, I look forward to making frittatas and omelets in the pan.

WORKS AS ADVERTISED
I have been using one of the original green versions by Orgeenic and while I was able to make omelettes, it was not without some challenges. The coating eventually wore off (it was never truly non stick) and there were frequent spills from the side which were not flush. It also required two hands to hold open and pour. This Gotham copper pan does the trick easily, is really non stick without butter, and stays open by itself, flips over cleanly, cooks evenly & produces perfect omelettes even when adding other ingredients, as well as great pancakes etc. The rubberized handles are easy on the hands, cleaning is a snap. I LOVE IT and highly recommend.

Amazing grill pan!
This pan is amazing! Actually, I have been happy with every Gotham Steel pan I've purchased and this wasn't an exception. I have used it many times since I received it and not always very gently. I do recommend keeping the heat to medium. Don't try and make it flaming hot like you would a cast iron skillet. You will get a lovely sear on whatever you are cooking, even at the medium temperature. But what that will do is keep it from permanently marring the pan. I have another Gotham Steel skillet that I was in a rush, turned it up too high, and burned the bijiggers out of it. But guess what? It cleaned up nicely anyway, despite my abuse. It took a bit more elbow grease on that one, and there were some touch and go moments, but it worked! This one I've actually finished the burgers, steaks, and fish, with black stuff all over the pan (because of whatever marinade etc was on the food). Hot water and soap and absolutely no elbow grease, and all was clean. I love Gotham Steel!!! Their products have made my life so much easier! This grill pan is a very nice size. Quite large. But not enormous and not the least bit heavy (again, referencing cast iron skillets). You can fit quite a bit in this pan. I have their square skillet without the ridges and this one is a bit bigger than that one (just in case someone out there has the square skillet and was wondering about the size difference). I use the square skillet without ridges for things like scrambled eggs, bacon, etc. and this one for grilling vegetables and meats when I want the grill lines on the food. It makes nice grill lines. Anyway, I love this pan. I've owned it about 2 1/2 months and have used it quite often. Yet, it still looks as pretty as the day it arrived!

No Problems
I've had this pan for about 6 months and I'm pleased with how well it works. I cook with propane so I'm careful to keep the heat low. I think this is key to lasting satisfaction. Amazing how it actually seems to work better with no butter/oil. No matter what I cook just a wipe with a paper towel and it's clean! I just received the larger one. I've always preferred stainless but these pans are spoiling me.

Great on first use.
Will update as I use it but very pleased. Don't care about TV hype, all pans have to be seasoned. Oiled it with Canola and into a 300 degree oven for 20 minutes. When cool, wiped out excess oil. Olive oil spray and low heat and sausage, potatoes and warmed up biscuits all turned out great. Wiped it out with a paper towel and gentle wash with soapy water and sponge and air dry. I never put pans in dishwasher. Think it will last for a long time.

GREAT for pancakes
Great for making pancakes! No stick, you can use metal spatula, and it's dishwasher safe.

I really like it. I have only had it a month
I really like it. I have only had it a month, but I have used it in different circumstances with eggs (scrambled and over easy), rice, french toast. browning hamburger, and other things. It really cleans like a breeze. I didn't use any oil in any of it.

Cute and handy
This is a very handy pan to cook at home or take camping. It worked well and I wish it were a bit cheaper (I'd buy more). It's lightweight but cooks remarkably well. And egg whites/eggs are perfectly round shaped. Have also used for herbs and garlic in some olive oil to add as seasoning to dishes. Perfect measure! Cleans very easily. I found a little lid I had hung on to that fit perfectly, when I had discarded the older pan - this really helps to cook eggs evenly. Found a small spatula too in a store close to me.
