I love this thing! Living in Montana we get a lot of snow and so far this has been a lifesaver. It works really well once you get the hang of it! Also mine was missing pieces for assembly and the manufacturer was super nice and rushed shipped all the missing pieces. Overall I'm impressed by not only the equipment but also the manufacturer!

OK. The machine was defective - battery. ..assembly? ? (would have been nice, if it worked for over 20 minutes...) But I came back to apologize for my initial lousy review. You get real humans from the 800 number, and they fixed everything. This is the probably the best company I have ever done business with. It's the LL Bean of Snow Blowers. .

O this thing is great! Easy to assemble and not heavy at all. I went to company website for extra battery. Its so quiet and easy to use.

Unit is very lightweight and easy to store

I have a single driveway and walkway to clear each winter. I looked at gasoline and electric blowers. Did not want to have gas around for 6 to 8 months or drag cord around in sub zero temperature. I live in Montana so snow I deal with is usually low moisture. Unit is very lightweight and easy to store. Easy to assemble with good instructions.

if you expect this machine to move wet deep snow it will not, but if you do it before the snow gets too deep (6 to 8 inches) this is the perfect machine. It starts a little rough at times but when it does, and it will, it is easy to maneuver and blows snow a good distance. The only drawback I can see is the battery does not last as long as I would like. 20 minutes in 6 to 8 inches and longer in light snow. All in all I love it.

Very happy about my purchase

When I opened the box it looked like someone put it together then took apart its when i put it together I found out there were things missing . I texted the them and told them about what happened they were so nice and sent me the parts right away .Works well no need to put gas,oil , it’s convenient as long as battery is charged very happy about purchasing this product.

works very well as long as you keep up with the snow

I live in Michigan's upper peninsula. We get over 100 inches of snow each winter. As my back is not in the best shape anymore, I needed something to help me remove my snow without killing my back in the process. My shovel and scoop were not going to cut it anymore. I thought about getting a bigger snowblower that was self propelled, but the cost is much higher and having to mess with gasoline and oil and trying to get the machine started when it's below zero was not appealing to me. So I took a gamble on this machine. The gamble paid off very well. The machine is light enough so that it can be easily pushed. It's almost as easy as walking, which is good for my back. No gasoline and oil to mess with. I can keep the machine inside my house on a mat to dry off after each use. It throws the snow about 30 feet, which is more than enough. The battery lasts about 30 minutes, depending on how wet the snow is. It recharges in less than 2 hours. It starts like a dream every time. You can't let the snow pile up too much with this machine. If it snows all day here then I may have to blow a couple of times to make sure the machine can handle it. As I'm retired that isn't a problem for me. The battery is difficult getting out of the charger when it is done charging, but it is loosening up and getting easier all the time. I highly recommend this machine to anyone that doesn't have a large area to clear. For me it was money well spent.

Outstanding company!!

First unit sent was defective, BUT Amerisun was the easiest and best company to deal with by far!! Super prompt and friendly. Once they knew I had an issue they sent a new unit immediately!!! This unit out-classes the same model class from other manufacturers by a long shot.This unit is indeed a snow THROWER!!! Very impressed with the battery life and how well it clears and throws snow. Thank you Amerisun for being a top notch company that prides itself on customer service and great products!!!!

Just assembled the unit, it looks well designed. Unfortunately the charger is defective and will not light up. Next day now, they are immediately sending me a new charger. Their service attitude is five star!

It has handled all that a western New York winter has thrown at it so far.

I purchased this unit to keep the main walkway to the parking lot and a parking space for my car clear of snow. I have used the unit regularly over the last couple of weeks and I have been nothing but satisfied with its performance. So far it has handled all a normal Western New York winter can throw at it nicely. The battery has lasted at least as long as advertised (not that I'm timing it or anything). The unit's size and weight makes it easy to get in and out of my townhouse easily. I keep it tucked away just inside my unit on a carpet mat behind the front door. The only time I've experienced difficulty is with extremely wet snow/slush. As I've used single stage blowers before I knew this was a single stage design limitation as the only blowers that don't have a problem with moving slushy snow are two stage blowers with an auger and impeller. I mounted a spare 3 watt bicycle headlamp to the handle bar to provide light during night operation. The only modification I needed to make was to wrap the foam with some duck tape first so the handlebar mount had something to grab onto that wouldn't compress. That way the light stays firmly in place and doesn't wiggle around. I've experienced difficulty in removing the battery from the holder. I've found that gently wiggling the battery left and right will slide it lose from the firm grip of the battery holder and it will slide out much easier that way. I suspect this will become less of a challenge as the parts loosen up due to normal wear. I have ordered a second battery from the manufacturer (1-800-791-9458 option 5) as a "just in case" and was pleased to speak to an agent who was extremely helpful and processed my request quickly. I got this information from the answer section here. In summary, it works as advertised, it works well, and I would have no problem recommending this unit to family and friends that might be looking for a light to medium duty single stage snowblower.
