Cheap and it fit the Yi Lite perfectly. It was only intended to be used in dry conditions. I can reach all the buttons and had no issues with alignment. Suit my needs and met my expections.

Great price for a pretty nifty case.

I had a hard time finding any sort of case for my Yi camera that wouldn't get in the way of sound or video quality - This fits on pretty good and i'm pretty happy with it. Getting it off is a bit of a hassle, but to me that just means it won't come out randomly in use.

Works Great and Should Have Come With the Yi 4K+

The GoPro comes with one of these and Yi should provide one, as well. The frame allows you to use a Yi 4K+ with GoPro mounts. It works great and it's an inexpensive solution. One criticism is the opening for the USB port is not much bigger than the actual USB opening on the Yi, which makes it a struggle to get your finger in the opening to get the USB cover off. I beveled the opening on mine with an Exacto knife to make it easier to get the cover off. Since the Yi is NOT waterproof and I plug in the USB microphone adapter 100% of the time, I eventually just pulled the USB cover off the camera. Either way...problem solved.

holds it very secure

This is great for when you don't have a mount with the selfie-stick bolt. Before this, I used the underwater protector to hold the camera if I needed to attach it to the bracket style mount. This allows you to still use the touchscreen on the back, charge it, allows for an unobstructed lens, and also it holds is very secure.

Perfect Fit for YI Lite Action Camera

The case is a perfect fit for YI Lite action cameras, it fits nice and snug. Also, built quality is good.

ALMOST PERFECT for Yi Discovery! (If you don't mind not being able to access usb & SD with case on)

I bought this for my new Yi Discovery action camera. It fits the camera perfectly with a snug fit ensuring the camera will stay in the case while attached to any accessory mount. It is great since the Discovery does not come with a built in quarter inch thread for traditional tripods and mounts with the camera outside of the waterproof case. This allows the camera to be mounted and used without needing to be enclosed in its waterproof case, allowing improved video & sound quality in these instances. I bought this knowing that it was "Not Designed for Yi Discovery", so if you own a Discovery the usb cut-out on this case will NOT be aligned with the usb & micro SD slot on the Yi Discovery. However if you do not mind this, in my opinion it is a MUST HAVE for the Yi discovery!

Covers charging/battery port

Had to modify this item to fit my needs. cut a hole in the side and files it smooth. Update: company contacted me and corrected the issue.

Deyard housing used as a Drone mount

Fit my camera perfectly and no surprises. Good value for the money. I used it as a drone camera mount, and fit my drone mount perfectly - it ended up being a better mount than the one that was included with my drone. . Since my camera is a touch screen, the factory included mount covers the back of the camera, preventing me from changing any settings. My drone is an Aerosky X350, which is a Chinese clone of the DJI Phantom. I might try to replace the bolt inside the black plastic mounting knob with one that is made of aluminum or an alloy of some kind, as the steel bolt is the main contributor of weight to this mount. The bolt material makes no difference if used as a table top camera holder, but with drones weight is everything! I have included pictures of the factory mount from the front and back, and then the Deyard mount, with views from all sides.
