Cushioned gardening support for mom
My fiercely independent senior mom has a baby lilac bush struggling to survive in our desert climate. She uses a water sensor probe to be sure she's giving it enough, and complained that it took almost standing on her head to read it. I got her this sturdy folding support, she can get down close to the ground for that and also can flip it over higher and sit near the rose bushes to trim them. Makes it easier on her back and knees. When folded it fits in a corner of her little shed. It is a bit heavy, but needs to be, so it won't collapse as she pushes herself up from the ground. The hinged legs lock securely. There is a movable snap-on cloth hanging pocket to keep a couple small tools, gloves, or a can of bug spray handy. It was a good buy, and worth it to make her chores easier. We've offered to help her of course, but we just can't get her to ask!

What a handy little tool this will be. I ...
What a handy little tool this will be. I have difficulty getting up when I want to work in my flower beds and this little garden bench has been very helpful to me. It is also getting quite a workout as a seat and it hardly takes any room to store since it folds up flat. Thanks for having such a little tool that is so helpful for me.

Gardeners helper!
Received this for Christmas. Can't wait to try it in the spring. With arthritis in my knees and hips getting up and down in the garden is difficult. Now I'll this bench to help me get up and provide a place to sit when I trim the plants/flowers. Have tried it out in the house and it worked great. Very sturdy with a soft cushioned set.

Made gardening much easier
It's easy to open and re-fold the legs. I've used it as a seat and as a kneeling board. The padding is easy on the knees and grabbing the legs makes it easy to stand back up.

Grannys' in the garden again
Love this bench, I have arthritis and I'm not quite as young as I used to be but this bench helps keep me doing the things I enjoy. It is well made, lightweight and easy to handle. The cushioning is really good and my knees don't hurt when I'm using it as a kneeler. The handles provide good support when I'm getting up and they don't wobble. Glad I purchased this one.

A great garden tool for us older folks!
This has become one of my favorite garden tools! At my age, it's becoming harder to get up after kneeling down to work the gardens, and the side supports are strong and sturdy enough to help me get up. Also, it folds to a tidy package for storing. The material does not pick up dirt or other garden debris either. I don't think I've used it for a seat, just as a kneeler. The hinges are tight, so the uprights don't tend to want to fold when I use them as supports. This is a very nice design!

Very Helpful & Works Great
I received this item today. I bought it for my gardening. However, I thought I would try it out, using it to help me wash my floors. I have hardwood floors and mops just don't do the same job as getting on my knees and washing the floor by hand. I have rheumatoid arthritis and my knees will not tolerate kneeling on the floors. This product was wonderful. I could kneel on the pad without any pain, and I used the handles to assist me getting up. It worked beautifully. It's also easy to fold up and store away. I love this item and would recommend it to anyone who has knee pain and/or needs help getting up off the ground.

Happy with it.
Does exactly what it is made to do. When I get down in the garden I can't get back up on my own because of bad knees. This gives me the ability to use my arms to get up. Nice for sitting on while I putter in the raised beds as well. The little tool pouch is a total waste. Already took it off. When you turn the bench to use as a kneeler the pouch lays on the ground. It doesn't hold anything I would need it to anyway, spaces too small. Definitely locks open and there is no risk of it folding on me. I am fatter than I should be and was worried about it holding my weight but it does just fine in either position. Happy with my purchase. - Have used it a few months now and still happy. It is holding up just great and really saving my back. I wish I had purchased one long ago.

Seen similar on facebook and thought one would be handy
I am at the age where getting up from the ground is a challenge yet I still love gardening. This little bench is the answer. Lightweight yet sturdy. Easy to fold and store. Glad I purchased it.

Very helpfull
Keep the articulated parts oiled and protect it from the rain and it will fold up nicely for many years. I think that the tool pouch is a bit of fru-fru, but on the other hand my lady thinks that it's a feature. It protects old knees, it's handles lend stability to the act of standing after time on one's knees. The pads seem to be durable. I'd recommend this to a friend.
