Its amazing how a little L bracket can be such a valuable help. I have a condition that keeps me from holding things up in front of me for any length of time. But now I plan on watching and filming the sky And watching all the beatiful birds in passing. So when I got my new binoculars I knew I wouldn't be able to hold them long. I had a tripod but needed an adapter. So Amazon was my stop. There it was! The adapter I needed at a great price compared to otheres listed, where the extra cost is in the name. Well this bracket is perfect and I would but it again in a heartbeat. Thanks you Ueasy for understanding good economics.

I didn't know there was a tripod mount for my binoculars! These were economical and work just fine on my Bushnell.

Fits my binoculars perfectly, very strong.

It just came today... Tried it on my binoculars and does exactly as stated... Nice sturdy mount to watch the new baby eagle in the area...

They would have worked great on my Nikon 8x X 42mm binoculars since they are 1/4-20 (I'm sure). Unfortunately, the 10x X 50-mm Gordons that my SO got me for Christmas have a really weird 3/8 to 1/4-20 thread. After a few hours of pulling, cutting with various hobby knives, cutting with a hacksaw, drilling the mount and making a run to the semi-nearby hardware store (15-miles away each way) and the addition of a washer, I got them to work perfectly. Since the Nikon's are already 1/4-20 I won't have a problem if I want to use the mount on them.

If you use your binoculars for astronomy, or if you need to keep them fixed on some terrestrial object, this is the answer - mount your binoculars to a tripod. Now you can find the object and show it to others. I find these are sturdy and easy to use. Note: not all binoculars will have a screw mount; it will be found under a circular cover along the central eye spacing adjustment; it takes a 1/4x20 screw.

This metal bracket is of more sturdy construction than I expected. It is going to be a lifelong tool. However, If the angle were adjustable it will enhance the adjustability of the tripod.

Nice quality. Fits as expected.

This bracket worked perfect for my binoculars , great hold power I use a cell phone holder with a hand tightened 1/4 in screw and attach to my tri pod to complete the strong connection

It is so simple that you could even go to your hardware store or your own workshop and make it! Does it work? Yes, it does pretty well. I purchased this after I paid for two other similar but more expensive units. One did not mount on my monopod nor the tripod (screw too short); the other one only on my monopod. This one worked flawlessly, thanks!
