Omg so good. Been back on Keto for a week and was just slogging along. My work outs felt extra hard. On a hike my hand started to swell really bad and when I was looking it up I found my body was becoming depleted of salt. I don't use table salt and stopped eating out with strict keto. And it was killing me. One of the recommendation was supplementing with electrolytes. I have used zip fizz in the past but I don't want extra caffeine. I have used this now a few times and I actually love it. I take it in the evenings before working out and it makes me feel better. I don't feel as thirsty as I was. I am already planning to try other flavors.

Perfect alternative to Gatorade. Taste's great!

This is a family favorite for replenishing electrolytes. I send it with my son for his basketball tournaments and it keeps him hydrated and quenches his thirst. Definitely a better alternative to sugar filled Gatorade. I just wish the price wasn't so high. I would purchase much more often if it was more affordable. I feel like the price keep going up. We just use it a little less now.
